Sub: Theft of my vehicle (Bolero RJ20UA-1781) while on duty with SDM
Etawah Distt. Kota

Respected Sir

The above said vehicle was engaged by ELECTION
COMMISSION OF INDIA and was in the service of SDM Etawah since
29/04/09. On 16/05/09 I was informed through the driver that the
vehicle has been stolen . As soon as I heard ,I rushed to the nearby
traffic office and got the message circulated through wireless to
control room . When enquired through driver it was told that he had
already intimated the incident to SDM Sahib, But when I reached
Nayapura police station there was no such previous information and I
had to lodge FIR of theft of my vehicle though it should have been
done by the concerned officer.

Sir as I met ADM (CITY) and also Distt. Collector more than 5 times, but there response is not satisfactory and I do not feel any strong action is being taken by them till today . Sir it is regret to note that a period of more than 100 days has passed but I have not received a proper response of distt. Administration .Please help me to get rid of the anxiety . You will be aware of my anxiety
and it is hoped that you will hear me and take immediate action .
