To The Chief Election Commissioner, Nirvachan sadan, Ashoka Road Date : New Delhi-110001 Respected Sir, Sub. : Rectification of Address and English spelling of Name in Voter ID Card I along with my family are writing this letter to you as a last resort after loosing faith on your employees who are involved in the work of above subject. At the time of receipt of Voter ID Card of myself & my wife in the year 2003 we noticed that the English spelling of name & address was wrong. Since then our suffering began only due to the negligency on the part of your employees. I alongwith my wife after filling Form 8, attended hearing four times taking casual leave and produced required documents,but nothing has been done. Moreover, this year i.e. 2011 when my daughter, Anusha Debnath got her Voter ID Card, it is found that the Address given are wrong. Under this circumstances we request you to do the needful. Please note that we will not submit Form No.8 again. Treat this letter as complaint. Thanking you in anticipation.
