To correct the wrong entry in voter id card

Sir,
My voter id card no. is XGF0460527. In my voter id card my husband's name (Nitin Agraval) is reffered as my father's name in english and as well as hindi also. While it should be ..... Husband' name- Nitin Agraval.
please make it correct as soon as possible.

my sister voter id card no is YCL0384982. she name is" shaik Rafath Begam" and she's husband name is "Shaik Nagurvali".
she's bate of birth is 1989.
"In the voter id wrong name Raheeth Begem and she's husband name is Gagurvali. date of birth is 1975" this is wrong in voter id.
please modify this.

there are three wrong entries on my card .
i request you do the corrections at your earliest as i need it for some urgent
submission.

correct spelling of my name---NALINI SINGH

( not mother's name.) husband's name-- NAVIN SINGH ( not naveena sinh)

date of birth-- 03/02/1943

not naveena singh.)
date of birth--- 03/02/1943 ( 1947)
my name spelling wrong. it should be---nalini singh
