Election Commission Of India (West Bengal) — Voter ID card complaint

This is Ankita, resident of ward no 12, ariadaha, under kamarhati municipality, Its been more than 4 months that I have applied for my voter ID card, and the officers from municipality have asked me to report about the availability of same after august, (applied on april, 2013) and now when I went there, my name is not there in the list. Kindly help me out!
