Dear Sir,
Dy.SP.Mr.N.Rasheed is posted in same district of port blair since more than 3 yrs.He is misusing his power, and haressed me.Though he is not capable to sit in that place(Dy.SP), but he is still there. His actual post is of Sub Inspector in IRBn, I would like to know how he is still there? As per norms no police personal are allowed to stay in same district for more then 3 years if election is declared by the govt. Election in port blair is to be held on 16/04/2009.PLEASE enquire and you will get all the information.A scan copy of TR from police dept.is attached.My vehicle was picked and kept in police station on 01/03/2009 and TR was issued on 03/03/09, My driver was also abused by him.
