[Resolved] Electric Meter — No Action from BESCOM to replace the faulty meter | |||
Hi, This is a complaint against BECOM official S-6 BTM Bangalore Karnataka. We have faulty meter at our appartment. This was bought to the notice to us by the BESCOM official. Post which we had given a written complaint in DEC 2010 to reinstall the same and the acknowledgement for the same was taken. We even paid a Rs 100/- as fees for testing the meter to BESCOM S-6 and got the complaint endorsed by the AEE S-6. However since then nothing has happened (for 2 months) and none of the official has turned for the inspection even after we repeatedly visiting BESCOM BTM layout office and requesting the officials. I would like to bring this to your notice that we have requested Mr. Qadir the official incharge who has postponed his visit to the site umpteen number of times giving petty reasons.This has tested our patienece to the limit and caused us a lot of inconvienece.
