Same issue in madipakkam, govindasamy nagar - near madipakkam bus stand / eb office. It is 3 months since my new AC with dual booster worked. It never picks up because of low voltage and i can count the RPM of my fan. No solution in sight? Can anyone responsible answer it?

There is power failure inthe street i had tried for 2 hrs no one is picking the call today
No one attend the call in madipakkam area, very poor low voltage supply. Higher authorities also not answered properly. No proper power supply we are paying our EB bills for their salary.
I am a resident of Tankapani Road, Bhubaneswar.
Almost always we have been supplied very low voltage of current.
All electrical accessories (like Tube Lights, Fans, A/C, Washing Machines) not functioning properly and getting damaged also.
In this hot summer, our AC does not work properly.
With Kids, Infants at home, it is pain.
We are facing mental agony and not able to do anything.
Tried calling the the electricity people.
But we never get proper response. And they are not taking any complaints.
Can we register complaint against them in consumer court? Can they help me in this regard?
