I faced a issue with EB Bill in the month of Jan 2011. I paid my EB Bill in correct time. because of poor awarness of EB billing software. the EB employee entered the wrong server number. instead of paying my home Bill they paid for different person. We came to know this issue only after 15 days.More over Customer names are not printing in EB bill. EB Officer needs to consider this. I paid my Jan 2011 month bill twice with penalty because of EB Employee. Was this information helpful? | |||

Sub.: Your patronage for unjustified bill amount
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that my meter was dead from August 2010, as informed by your employee and getting lump sum amount of bill, which was being paid by us. New meter has been installed on 7th of October 2011 on application request. When I went to submit the reading amount on 13th of Nov., 2011, had come to know about the new story that my old meter was not faulty and bill amount is Rs. 31000/- around, which is not justified (meter should not be removed if that was not faulty and after a month any story can be created). According to rule & revolution the average amount of earlier last reading amount and new meter reading amount will be calculated as advised by you people. So please provide the right calculated amount, which can be paid. 2 Months have gone, but still no solution, please resolve the issue for hassle free uses.
