this is to bring to your notice that ABDUL RASHID, Anand Marg Road, Attatdah, Muzaffarpur, is runing a lodge, named NAGMA. It has thirty rooms with the domestic electricity meter. He does not use a comercial meter.Every evening about 6 pm, he changes his electricity connection in such a way that the meter becomes inactive and uses unnecessary electricity whole night and till morning 6 am, after doing all his bad work that requires heavy load, switch ON the electricity meter.Meter ON-OFF swith is in room no. 1.
More over, he has done an underground connection around the meter area so that it becomes impossible for any one to trace his unfair trick. If you want this individual to caught red handed then do visit Address in the evening around 7 to 8 PM and open the room no.1, and see the board switch, one of them is meter ON-OFF swithch. Even he is enjoying much by playing a marginal bill of around Rs. 3000 to 3500 per month. It all have been doing for two years. As the citizen of india its my haumble request to please look into this matter seriously and as early as possible so that our valuable resources Electricity do not get wasted.
