[Resolved] Electrotherm Yo Bike — poor service

poor service sir I purchased a yo bike from thukral motors azad pur delhi two months before. The dealer said, if any problems occured the techicians would come that place and repair it. The vehicle has so many problems from that days. i have many problems with the battery and the starting problem, i was told that once battery was full charged then the bike must travel upto 60 km but it only travels only 20 to 25 km and the bike does not starts properly and having the starting problem. The service centre is continued but field service is stopped. The customers selected the vehilce for profit. The technicians asked the vehicle must bring the service centre if any problems occured. i made call to the dealer he said that he will not sent a techician at our place and put off the call is it right way to behave with the customers, they will told at the time of the delivery that if any problem occur in the future, the technician will be at ur place to repair the problem i appeal to u that u must take some action against the dealer so that others does not face such problems. thank you Was this information helpful? Main goal of any dealer is sale of their vehicle. Your dealer did the same:-) There is no provision of on the spot service for any kind of vehicle. Is responsibility of customer to take your yo bike to service center.Yo bike purchase is totally loss of money because-

Mileage on an average 26 km per charge, after 9 month.
Tyre and tube are so soft that 1 person cannot drag yo bike to near by puncture shop.
Body disassemble after some time due to cracking joints ex headlamp box, under seat etc.
High cost of spare parts for example an accelerator cost is around 250 rs & it doesn't contain any complicated part and looks like of Rs 50 :-) .
Handle lock often fail to lock handle.
Body is not safe until u add a metal guard for it.
Breaks are not efficient & takes more time in stopping the vehicle.
Charging time increase after 7-8 months and reach up to 7-8 hour instead of 3hrs.

These are tested facts about Yo smart bike only.
SO BE AWARE WHEN YOU PURCHASE ANY ELECTRIC BIKE
