encroachment and unhigenic environment around
it has been 30 years since we are staying at our house which is located in murliwala kuan sabzi mandi, ghanta ghar, delhi 110007. It has now become a big pain to stay here now due to many of the reasons mentioned below:
1) Encroachment on the road in font of our house and in the whole mandi inspite of having their own shops.We have lost our right to come to our own house on vehicle at any point of time.
2) vegitable sellers not at all take care of the cleanliness. they throw all their waste in the middle of the road causing danger to our health. many a times our family members have slipped and got fractured due to un attended garbage thrown in the middle of the road at night.if someone comes between 10:30 PM to 6:30 AM in the morning you will feel as if you are entering a dustbin with cow dung, wrotten vegitables, polythenes, containers and other stuff lying all across the road. this shows the failure of mcd to keep delhi clean causing lot of health hazard to our life. It may even cause many diseases due to allowing the vegetable sellers to throw garbade in the middle of the road.Please find attached the photographs of the location to see the situation every night. Even stray cows are found roaming here and there in the streets between 8:00PM to 10:30 PM in the night which also sometimes results in the accidents to the two wheelers.
3)It is pain to see that a very few of times mcd has thought of taking some action to remove the encroachment but it was just an eyewash and you will not see the next day that anything had happened here.
I would request the government to take a strong action on the same to avoid any health hazard to the people staying nearby and to stop spreading of any kind of epidemic due to the same. Inspite of writing so many conplaints in the grivience sites no action is being taken for the past 1 year. Now even high court has declared that mcd can remove encroachment on public land without any notice.Still no action is being taken.

In BF Block Janak Puri New Delhi 110058 House No 16 has installed submersible pump on the road and this is causing great inconvenience to all the people who pass through this lane MCD is hereby requested to take appropriate action against them.

THIS WAS STARTED BY ONE OF THE GARAGE OWNER AND NOW THE OTHER ONE IS FOLLOWING THE SAME.
IF THIS CONTINUOUS, WE THE PEOPLE FROM THE BUILDING ITSELF WONT BE ABLE TO PARK THEIR CARS.
AS IT IS THIS IS BMC ROAD AND NO ONE IS SUPPOSE TO TIE CHAINS ON THE ROAD.

Encroachment — encroachment on the road on the name of school
respected sir,this is to bring to your kind notice that our colony engineer enclave phase iv jakhan is facing a problem of encroachment on the road by a public school named as parents pride public school and just in front of that an illegal shop.
we , the colony residential hereby request you to kindly look into the matter and help the colony to maintain the decorum of the colony.

This is to state the encroachment complaint in Rameshwar Nagar, Azadpur, Gali No. 6, Main road from Queen Marry School to Mukundpur Azadpur Road
Rameshwar nagar is a residential area and Over a period a group of mechanics have emerged on the road for Two wheelers, Car Repair, Car Denting and Painting, Car AC Repair, Tyre puncure shop etc.
The shops park cars and two wheelers on both sides of the road and Their presense create immense problem to the crossing vehicles and passerby’s as it is extremely busy road to queen Marry School, Srijan School, G D Goenka School and DAV Public School. Their vehicles are permanently parked on the road which does not let the road sides get cleaned up for months.
And the road remains blocked with Bricks, broken Concrete, dirt etc,
Request to take an immediate action to control the situation, and to relocate the mechanics from the road.

This complain belongs to Vikas Gupta, Resident 119/113, Bamba Road, Subzi Mandi, Kanpur Nagar.
Vikas Gupta is doing construction on the road in front of his shop. which is creating heavy traffic jam for public and traffic.
Please remove the illegal construction.

Encroachment — Encroachment on the road
Dear Sir,I want to draw your attention that road is being encroached at C-8, Mayapuri PhaseII .Two people were throwing the garbage on the road . When I told them that why you are throwing the garbage they replied that same was asked by there employer Mr Bajaj . This garbadge has blocked the drainage system, due to which the water logging is there on the road . Kindly take the suitable action immediately
