This year EIL conducted recruitment for the post of management trainee whose advertisement was out in jan 09.The written and interview process was over in june.Five months have passed but the final result is not out yet.Whenever we call them they say they don't know anything.No update is provided on the website either.EIL is behaving in such a irresponsible manner.What's going on inside nobody knows.Career of several aspirants like me is in dark.Out of so many people we have cleared the return and attended the interview.So Is it right from their part to keep us in dark regarding the declaration of final result?
