its a scam i got a message from spdc uk they will probably ask for some bank details to which they claim they will transfer the winnings but its all a ploy for them to get ur financial information and maybe even steal it the scan is all over the net and mobile check it up i[censored] like
It's a fraud. I was asked by Dr. Steve Fabians, who calls himself Director of Remittance at Access Bank to pay 730$.
I inquired with the bank and they mailed me saying there's no Steve Fabians working with them.
