The salon manager called back and have promised a redo coming sunday... lets see if they hold true to their word now..
The Salon redid the treatment free of cost and this time by a senior stylist and very well done :) Very happy with the service and treatment.
These guys are pathetic. They just try to sell high end products without any concern of individual's actual needs. All the stylists want to do is make more money. I went for a straightening. They recommended that I go for keratin as my hair has is frizzy and lost luster, and straightening may damage my hair as there are harmful chemicals used. So I reminded him that 6 months ago he was the same person who did my hair and at that point none of this dangerous chemical was told to me. They even wrote in the manual that I underwent a keratin treatment as my hair was damaged due to straightening!! which was done by them!! If I go after six months, what will they do!!! sell me some other for damage done now!!!
I went for keratin anyways. My hair lost some color. They became a little lighter. I did some reading on the internet and found that these treatments are highly disputed to work. They do in most of the cases if you have curly hair. If you have thin hair, the protein deposits may make the hair heavier and prone to falling.
Also, these treatments are like a lifetime trap. Once treatment is done they sell you products recommended by them which are way too expensive. I do not mind buying their products if they are really helpful to me. However, its too irritating when they recommend something too costly and act as if this is the only product available.
Staff at some places is also a little desperate for attention and business. too many fake smiles. When was at the salon, some lady walked in and some staff, including the one who did my hair started laughing and passing comments on her!!!
A long story short, the excellent service is ruined by not really generating any value for a customer and with unprofessional attitude.

Enrich Salons — Bad hair straightening service
Hi,Had gone thru hair straightening service from Enrich salons santacruz branch but the results are not upto the mark.
Have tried them once & they have offers me to cut down the length of the hairs just to avoid the turns that are coming in the hairs which I am not satisfied with.
