[Resolved]  Entask Consultancy Services Pvt Ltd. — NOTGETTING PF AMOUNT FROM COMPANY/DEPARTMENT

Dear sir
I was working with M/s Entask Consultancy services From julu2007 to june2009. I submitted the form and it has been received by the office on 5th august 2009. As per the law we should get the pf amount in 2month time. But after several conversation with account department i m not getting any details whether they have submitted the form to pf department or not. Also i m very much sure that they might not paid the pf amount to the department thatswhy they are not replying any of my mails.
So I m requesting you to check the status and please let me know and take some action against the company for delaying our pf amount.

BUT STILL NOT GETTING THE PF AMOUNT DEPOSITED IN MY ACCOUNT.
