I had applied for a transfer of PF from A/c No MH/48681/2471 in Sep 2009, the claim was settled for an amount of Rs 176744/- vide Cheque No 775858 dt 26 Feb 2010 sent to RO Barkatpura, Hyderabad towards my account AP/HYD/59814/186 the same was cancelled on 12 July 2010 for reasons not known.Request for reissue/reauthorization of returned cheque was submitted in June –July 2012.
My cousin had been to EPF office in Bandra on 15th Oct 12 , he met the lady in Group-16 on 4th Floor who deals with my case, she told him that the papers are ready but it will take about a month or more on regular basis for the amount to get credited.
But if we could provide her with User-Id & Task-Id , which is to be provided by EPF office Hyderabad ,then it could help them to speed up the process of crediting the amount to my account.
Today my collegue visited Hyderabad PF office, and discussed my PF transfer case with the dealing clerk.
He confirmed that, Till date your previous PF amount (pertains to your previous organization PF contribution) has not been transferred to my current PF account.
PF office, Hyderabad can issue the User ID & Task ID only on the official communication request from PF office , Bandra.
This is ridiculous , its my hard earned money and PF office is playing traunt..can i take them to consumer court. Was this information helpful? |
