office — about to right information

sir/Madam,

i did not right information about new new scheme in our mobile

sir,

i was with subhiksha trding services ltd

i worked there almost around ten mnths
my pf no is : TN / MAS / 40497 / 13538

I Joined the company on 1st april 2008 and resigned on 3rd january 2009

now company had shut down and i am not able to withdraw my pf amount
pls help me out to where i have to sent my withdrawl form

can i send directly to PF office
if YES

than pls provide me the concern office address and contact number so i can claim my EPF

pls sdo the need full and mai me the adress

as company's offuices are shut down and i don't know to where i have to send my claim form

I am working as an HR Manager in a company. Where one of my ex-employee who had got his super annuation PF amount is in doubt of the calculation made on contribution and yearly interest credited from the date of joining to date of superannuation. Whether he can apply for the statement for calculations of the contributions and interest year wise from the DOJ to DOL under RTI Act.Please reply.

Dear Sir,

I am received my Form No 19 Amount but i am not received my form no 10 C amount so what do for this matter,

i was worked in chola mandalam business services from aug'07 to oct'2008 after that i applied for my pf but that any how i am not received the pf amount only received the information letter from pf office about total pf information so after that i am second time applied in 2012 one more this time i am received only form no 19 amount received so what i do about my 2nd part form o 10C amount how can get it.

Pls give your guide line for this matter,

Am lokesh i have recharged my number through my card i want to recharge it for 149 but it shows your rechage has been done of 1149 . So i want to cancel my recharge .. Please help me out to cancel it.
