[Resolved]  Epson India — color printer

hello sir,

with due respect i want to say that i got a phone call from ur service executive (Mr. Mishra from jaipur) he says that ur using tanks in that printer ur printer is out of warrenty and now if anything happen ur parts are chargebale. But i want to say that if this goona happen here then how we can buy a printer when i got the printer no body says me about this thing when they sale me out they never told me about the original catriages. In my home town (Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan) no body use epson printer with original catriages when your authorised dealer dont even tell me about tht he only said ur printer has come you come and take that printer then how that matter comes about the original catriages. You tell me one thing if i sold u anything and i dont told you that from the first time when i buy a printer with tankers that now ur printer is out of warrenty then how can i come that my printer is out of warrenty. One more thing i want to tell you i[censored] dont mind here in my hometown i show many of printer of Epson having tankers and they still have warrenty if sales persons says this its really redicilious. Ok if you show any of epson printer without tanker then i m not use to take warrenty. sir if you can call me up on this no. +[protected] i tell you as u have detail of bills of epson in sri ganganagar and i also show u that that person (Vicky) giving the service in gurentee also. then why should i dont get that warrenty or gurentee. The only thing i wanna show you that i[censored]r company members show us the wrong way then how come. sir waiting for ur reply on my cell or on my mail id [protected]@yahoo.com.. and i have a list of persons who are using epson printer with tankars and each and every printer of epson in sri ganganagar all are using tankers from last 8 - 9 months i[censored] personally come at my home town and contact me i'll show each and every printer wheater they buy that printer today onwards.
