Not receive a esi permanent card
I got my photo[protected] clicked with my family at bo - Chinchwad, premraj Apts, 1st floor, opp midc office, telco road, Chinchwad, Pune - 19 ESI Center four months ago. But, I have not got my ESI card as yet. Please look into the matter and advise accordingly.

Please look into the matter and advise accordingly.On that time he said u will get card from Bo- Ashram 53-B Jangpura Road Bhogal New Delhi-14 but their no never receive so please send my card on my office addres-Shaadi. com G-5, Plot no- H3 vardhman plaza neta ji shubhas place delhi-110034

Esic udc xam was conducted on 21st march still result is not declared. pls give fast result its que of our career
