They hire freshers using some consultancy, then the monkey team leaders(B.com. Pass) leads the so called PHP website with the B.Tech/B.Sc. passed students. And Finally GIFT CLIENTS a worried and panic site. Then story is not complete. Clients gives bad review in skype. So then they kick the innocent students without his last month's pay and release is a mysterious way.

Coding standard is very low.
Low standard coding they gift
no proper way to solve issue.. irresponsible leads..no leaves.. they deduct from salary for each n every leave... stupid late fine..not at all a good environment for work..
Please avoid this company.
