Dear Sir/Madam,
I had purchased Teak Tree Certificate (Certificate no. 17561& Distinctive no. 26362 to 26371) in 1992 from Esskayjay Plantations Limited, 7B, Kiron Shankar Roy Road, Calcutta - 700 001. Under the scheme of the company,the company allots the Certificate Holder planted saplings of teak tree in the company's plantation and also mentions that the Company may buy back the trees after 5 years @ Rs. 1800/- each or 10 years @ 5400/- each and such offer was to be made within three months from the expiry date of above periods and if this offer is not opted by the Certificate Holder the Company will deliver the tree to him after completion of 20 years. Accordingly, I had communicated the company in several occasions but no reply is received from the Company.
Is there any possibility of getting the benefit after completion of 20 years from such company which is not responding to its Certificate Holder ? Was this information helpful? | 
ESSKAYJAY Plantations ltd — Non payment after 20 years maturity
I have purchased teak investment bonds. Maturity period is 20 years. Maturity date is 2002. Still they have not paid the maturity amount.
