Thank you very much for the Offer Letter from ETIHAD AIRWAYS UK.

As per the email below, I have already contacted Barrister Jerry Daniels (Esq.) and he has sent me the work-permit form via email and also other instructions regarding the formalities.

However, I require your help earnestly to resolve some general issues and also help me in joining the esteemed company :-

(1) I would receive my passport from the passport office of ***dated: 1 June 2010 as this is the delivery date promised by the office as
currently this was already with them for the renewal process as this got expired sometime back.

(2) The solicitors fees for the legal formalities, £1,200 cannot be afforded by myself as I have to arrange everything from India and already have spent a good amount in the renewal of my international passport from the passport ofice of Kolkata. Hence I would require some co-operation from my Employer in this matter. It has been said in one of the interaction email that, 'any money spent for legal formalities will be reimbursed upon arrival of the employee fom the first month's upfront salary'.

Please confirm if it is possible for the Employer to arrange my legal fees £1,200 to Barrister Jerry Daniels (Esq.) (Royal Court Of Justice Law Chambers) and deduct the same from my first month's salary,which is due to be paid in advance to the employee once documents are cleared. This request is made because without this help I would not be able to arrange for £1,200 which is approximately 82,000 INR as I do not have such resources, but I am aware that salary needs to be paid only after I receive the validity of the work permit and employment authorization in U.K and the same has been confirmed by you.

Please reply regarding the possibility of your help in making such a great offer work out, as without this flexibilities it is difficult for me to avail the opprtunity of working with ETIHAD AIRWAYS UK.

we did not say in our mail that the processing fee will be deducted from your first month salary upfront rather we said the company will reimburse you the money spent for the acquisition of your work permit 1,200 POUNDS and also pay you your first month salary upfront and other monetary benefits entitle to you as soon as you secure your papers from the Royal court of justice. This is our procedure and it can not be changed now because of you.


All expenses incurred by the you will be reimbursed to you not later than 5 working days after submission of your expense report and receipt.

Send to us your expenses report / receipt including your Bank account details after the procurement of your necessary traveling papers with the ROYAL COURT OF JUSTICE , This is for reimbursement purposes and also update us the process between you and the ROYAL COURT OF JUSTICE in-case of advice where necessary
