I am balakrishnan, I worked in that company for 2 months. They didn't give me salary. Not only for me,all the employes didn't get the salary.
It is a cheating company. Salary You Never Get from them. Whatever you do, you can't get the salary.

I am balakrishnan, i worked in etswebsolution for 2 months they did not give the salary for me. i asked the salary they told me your performance is not good so after 3 months we will give you salary.when i join in that company they told me your salary will be 12,000 Rs but after they didn't give a single rupee.so guys don't join in that company.The actual process of the company is they conduct some interview,but they will not ask you any question realted to php or mysql.Even they don't know php.They are selecting php developer only for do mail functionality. Some time only you have to work,otherwise you have work on other company work.so this is my request.don't join in Ets.
