I INSTALLED THE M/C AT MY HOME ON 14TH JUNE, FROM 18TH JULY I FOLLOWED WITH EACH NO FROM EURO HELP LINE TO SALES OFFICE.EACH TIME THEY ARE REGISTERING COMPLAINS GIVING ONE S/R NO ARE 51489649/DTD.26.07.08 &57643027/DTD.57643027, BUT NOBODY IS COMING TO US FOR HELP .I AM CONTACTING AT EVERY LEVEL WITH A HOPE THAT THEY WILL MAKE THEIR DABA WORKABLE, FOR WHICH I MADE A PAYMENT OF Rs. 9150.00, THEIR RECEIPT[protected]/DTD. 13.06.08. ALSO I HAVE LODGE COMPLAIN THROUGH THEIR WEB SITE, AND GOT 2 NOS MAIL THAT OUR PERSONNEL WILL GET IN TOUCH WITH YOU SOON ON 29TH JULY & 30TH JULY 2008.     i bought a aqua sure / supreme 3000 model water purifier s.no 013453 on 25.07.08. from eureka forbes direct sales associates VEL AGENCIES UDUMALPET.on the very day of installation water started leaking from pipe. after a no of calls to the sales executive Mr. Jagdish, [protected] the product as inspected and the container portion was taken back by the sales personnel. Even after a no of calls to the sales executive which was not attended and to the sales agency [protected] who assure of replacing it for faulty workmanship have not returned the product till date. we just payed money for nothing and have not used it a single day.

    I also bought AquaSure Supreme 3000 on 27-7-08 from Star Marketing office at No.2, 1st floor, Durga Chambers, R.D.C., Ghaziabad Tel.3215446. I was told that this product is with one year warranty and now when we are facing problem with the product, no body from Star Marketing reverted back. The product quality is really very bad and after sale services is also bad.
    I would suggest all readers not to buy this product.
    They are a bunch of . If they think they can sell their they are mistaken

    I had purchased Aqua Sure " Supreme 1800 "Storge water purifier from Safeneer Enterprses on 20th Jan 2009. I was contacted by phone (identity not known) and was informed that the cost of replacement of components is Rs. 900 ( includes Rs.300 service charges). I am not told clearly the list of componets to be changed. Also considering the simplicity of replacement, the service charges are very high. I feel the replacement value is nearly 50% of the basic cost(Rs.2150/) of the product itself.This is unreasonable. I suggest that the cost of the components should be reasonable for long relationship with the customer.
    It should be noted that there is no scientific method to ascertain th quality of water, even with the new product.

For the last half month it is not working, I have lodged a complaint for service at Eurka Forbes Call Centre NO. 39883333 on 23rd April, 2010 but till dated there is no response, nobody has attended the complaint even after repeated complaints and talk with the Supdtd./Managers at the Call Centre. Call executive it passing the buck to Some Ms SIMMI and Ms Simmi is passing it to Mr. PRITAM...but nobody seems to care about the consumer. I would not suggest anybody to buy the Products of Eureka Forbes since SERVICE IS REALLY POOR...I just hope the OWNers are reading this and take some action before its too late

      Dear sir,

      i have lodge a complain several time in Eureka forbes service centre, the have also provided a complain number being 132 on 11.08.08 but till date no response was give by the company.
      Ihave also call the call centre and the local no i, e, -[protected] of Asansol, but till date no response was given by the service provider.
      Eureka forbes is a very REPUTATED brand, and we cant accept this type of service from them.
      I feel very sad to say that i am is the consumer of euraka forbrs
      Pls see the matter in urgent basis because our family health is also associated with this.
      Pls do the need ful.

          Ro system not working ph value of water is acidic even after repeated reminders and telephone calls the system is not rectified. Water purification system purchased through local dealer m/s pashupathi enter prises vide bill no 51 dated 24.04.2007. The said enterprises now changed the firm to r s enterprises situated at dibiyapur in front of our colony gail gaon dibiyapur auraiya district utter pradesh. The said franchise is in under kanpur division of eureka. O services obtained in waranty period. Total ro system is not in use in since april 2008. You are requested to help in getting the service from eureka.

          The System is not working since April 2008
          No action taken by Eureka for rectification of Total RO system.By seeing the complaints in consumer form the services not improved by Eureka Forbes.

            We had a Aqua Guard water purifier from Eureka forbes in our home. We purchased it two years before.
            Now we had some problem with it and we are trying to contact the service cnter people from two weeks.
            I have tried all the numbers given for servicing, some are not working and some are not responding.
            Always it is giving number busy or nobody is answering the phone.
            Last week after many trials one person lifted the phone, and he said he will send somebody. But no one has came to my home so far.

            Eureka Forbes Water purifier (Compact) — Sold to me a crap machine

            I bought a compact water purifier from Eureka frobes one and half months back. The problem with the purifier is, if we strore the water in a vessel then some dirty thing gathers underneath the water. I have complaint about it. Some technician came but still the problem is there. The same thing happened for almost four/five times. Then I told them the is a crap machine you just change the machine. But thereafter they have not done anything. For last 10 days I have complaint many people like who sold it, customer care number, main head office. They always says your complain will be take care of in necxt one days but nothing has been done yet. Please let me know what need to be done.

            SAME PROBLEM IS FACING FROM EUREKA . SERVICE IS VERY POOR.EVEN AFTER COMPLAINT NO ONE IS ATTENDING. THERTE IS NO GUARANTEE OF THE MACHINE THAT IT IS ORIGINAL OR DUPLICATE ONE. BECAUSE THE UNITS ARE SELLING BY FRANCHISE LOCAL DEALER WHO DO NOT KNOW THE SYSTEM OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE.

            The service of Aquaguard at Fuljhore area of Durgapur W.B. is not satisfactory. Though I have made contract for las tfour years with him but I am not satisfied. As other service stations are not willing to making contact due to area division among them I am in deep trouble.
            I have purchase acquaguard (classic) in the month of october 2008 In this I will get two free services for every sixmonths but till now no service men not attended, kindly persue the matter and send your personnel

On 28-1-09, with one of the franchisees, i enterd into AMC FOR THREE YEARS PAYING MORE THAN 3000 RS.tHEY HAVE NOT COME FOR QUARTERLY SERVICE. uNFORTUNATELY, i HAVE MISPLACED AMC DOCUMENTS AND STILL SEARCHING FOR IT. i HAVE CONTACTYE D, SERVICE AND REGIONAL OFFICE AT BANAGALOR AND THEY PROMISED YEST AND TODAY TO SEND SOME TECHNICIANS .BUT TO NO AVAIL..nOW I WANT FULL DETAILS OF TERMS. i MAY BE CONSRAINED TO TAKE NECY ACTION IF RESPONSE OIS NOT FORTHCOMING
            I also have the very same problem. I bought my aquaguard some two years back and in Jan 09 I took AMC for 2 years. I had to move houses and when I asked the service guy he said that the machine serial number is most imp and Aqua guard can trace the details any place in India.

            After moving houses I have misplaced the AMC but I found my original sale bill with all details. I have been calling up the service center and requesting them to snd someone FROM PAST ONE WEEK. Even today morn I was told that someone would come in postivily today. No one has come in.

            Eureka Forbes service is one of the most pathetic. I have not seen so much problems with any other equipment. This is the reason I do not want to buy ANY MORE EUREKA FORBES products.

            My customer code is [protected]. But the service center says they do not understand the number at all whereas by bill says pls quote this number everywhere.

            I would like to also take some action as I was told that with AMC they have SLAs to respond. Nothing of this sort has happened.

            yes even its the same over here i own classic water purifier and have accepted for the service for years but now the dealer dont pick the phone or revert back. they always keeps on taking address and dont send their persons.
            Today the service man that came to my home for the service has no experience about servicing regarding water purifier. It took 3 hrs but still he is trying to service it.
            The service centre has refused to changed the carbon of water purifier and said that they will change it once in a year. I say that from last so many years i m in service contract of the company and each and every 6 m service company gives me replacement of carbon. I had paid for all these things so this time they refused...

            We have done a service contract with the service centre of eureka forbes for 3 yrs.Inspite of this there is absolutely no service from the company.

            Recently our purifier had a problem and it stopped functuning.Inspite of repeated complaints there was no one from there service centre to attend the problem.They kept on giving false promises, but no one did anything about it.

            After many compliants he service person came but he couldnt fix the problem and he went back saying that the pcb was a problem.Since then he hasnt returned back.

            For the last 1 month we cant use the water purifier and have to boil the water instead.Absolute pathetic service from a reputed company like Eureka Forbes.
            i need candles replacement 4 purifier.so where could i get them in hyd.Is there any service center 4 forbes india.so pls send me details about candles and cost

            I bought RO system from Eureka Forbes PATIALA on 04/05/09. But i must say that your patiala centre is providing me very very low grade sevice. I bought RO system ( Bill no 005554) on 4th april and its 4 moth passed. I haven't received my first service even after Reminding the patiala centre for last 3 weeks. I have talked with Head of the sales department, Head of the maintenance depatment Mr. Parveen kashyap. But all they are giving me is just a lolipop.             Eureka Forbes — not sending person for installation

            I had bought an Aquaguard total Reviva WP system on 8.10.09. I got the equipment through courier on 11.10.09. The sales person said he will come and install the machine but till today nobody has bothered to come and do the installation. I have called the company and registered 2 complaints, btill nobody has turned up. Its more than 10days since i got the machine. I regret for having bought a eureka forbes product. I would like some action to be taken against them. If they had told me that they cannot send a person to install it i would not have bought that product at all. The sales man promised to get it installed within 2 days. I have waited for more than 10days. The company is taking customers for a ride by giving false promises. This need to be stopped and i would like some action to be taken against them.
            I am facing similar problem for acqua gard. We have a Total RO system, the problem is that the water taste is bitter. I am not getting satisfactory answers. Not been able to get through the number today.

            We had purchased One Aquasure Storage Water Purifier on 13.10.09 - Gurarrante Card No. 1544 - fromAjay Medical Stores, Naraina Ring Road, New Delhi, in the name of Mr. Ajay Sethi, 32/6, 2nd Floor, Pant Nagar, Near Jung Pura, New Delhi - 110014, and made cash payment to your representative -= Mr. Satish - Mobile No.[protected], [protected].

            After one week, we complained about dirty water coming in the tank and spoke to Mr. Shailash, of Ajay Medical Stores - Mob. [protected]. He assured that within1/2 days the complaint will be rectified.

            I very much regret to inform that more than a week has passed and nobody has attended the complaint so far.

            I WANT TO ASK, IS THIS THE WAY OF WORKING OF AQUAGUARD, WHICH IS SUCH A REPUTED COMPANY, and Icon in the name of Water Purifiers?

            Who is going to compensate for such a delay.

            Ours is one of the best 1400 beded Medical College and Hospital equipped with all state of arts Facilities.
            In our Medical College and Hospital and in Student Hostels their are 100 of Eureka Forbes Water Purifier installed and all are under Comprehensive contract including candle replacement twice a year. No body is comming down for service inspite of noofrequests and reminders. We are helpless and planning to go to court and to public.
            I purchase AG on 20.02.10. today it has stopped working try very hard 2 contact the SERVICE CENTRE but no answer PLZZZZZZZZZ Help .my order no. is[protected] .
            I am from Chennai.I had purchased a Eureka Sensa Blu in May 2008. Recently I shifted my residence and just a month to the expiry of their warranty, the machine stopped functioning. I have been behind them for weeks now without any result. Last year when I called them for a tap replacement, their service engineer fooled my wife, changed the filters, charged and left. I have never come across such a poor service in consumer goods, fooling and cheating in an organised manner.

            I Purchased Aquaguard Water Purifier On October 21, 2009.
            It was purchsed from M/s. Aqua Pure Services, Andheri (West) on the advice of Eureka Forbes Call Phone 39883333.
            I use the purifier everyday morning for about 5-6 minutes only. This was up to Sept. 20, 2010. On Sept. 21, 2010 I found that the unit is not getting ON. After ensuring that my power supply is working ok, I called
            The Aqua Pure Services. Mr. Danish Azam sent his service person Mr. Rashid on the same day afternoon. He checked the unit in a very crude manner by removing the fuse in the unit and inserting a long screw-driver in the fuse socket. Then he informed me that the circuit board is faulty and told me that I will have to pay Rs. 1600/= for replacement.
            When he was shown the receipt and told him that the unit is STILL UNDER WARRANTY, he refused to do any thing. In fact he told me that the warranty is for the Sediment Cartridge & Activated Carbon Filters.
            I wish to inform you to take immediate action to
            (1) repair the Aquaguard Water Purifier at no cost as it is still under warranty;
            (2) take immediate steps to have agents / service companies such M/s. Aqua Pure Services

            We had a Aqua Guard water purifier from Eureka forbes in our home. We purchased it 5 months before.
            Now we had some problem with it and we are trying to contact the service center people .The contact number given by the sales person assured us that will provide good after sale service but after lodging the complaint persons responsible is keeps on postponding the repair, at every call we gets a assurance that people are coming in one hour but in the end no one came today and told us that tomarrow they will try to come.

            we bought aqua guard "reviva" three months back, after a month the body of the purifier got crack, I have contacted customer care several times, once the person named 'sivareddy' came and he has sen the condtion of the purifer and he has given his manager's number 'Krishna' and he has left, i keep on contacting both of them, they are telling that will take time to get the body part.
            i am trying for the resolution from 2 months, but i am not getting the resolution, c.c people are telling that they will send the person, and simply they are closing the old request and creating a new request always, then what is the use of creating old request.

            I expected delays in every thing that one would like to get done in India. Adqua Sures garunties with in 24 hours service but I have been calling( That is there Help Line) for some one to come and service my one month old machine that makes perfectly clean well water smelling fishy. It has been almost three weeks of every day calling. They promise to send the service person with a day or so. I have not seen one till today. I am new in the country and don't know where to go to complain in person. In US we have consumer Help Department. There is also TV CH and program is called 7 on your side. If only I could find an organization to contact and have them teach The Service Department to do their job. It is a shame that they falsely advertise a prompt service. In reality; there is none.             Aqua guide services — Service man not sent for aquaguard services for over a month

            The mentioned name is of Annual Maintenance Contract dealers of Eureka Forbes water purifiers located at Alak Nanda, 102, 1st Floor, Near Gaiety Galaxy theatre, Bandra (W) Mumbi - 400 050. Inspite of continuous follow ups with the contact person Mr Amit Rai (Ph no [protected]) for over a month no one has been sent to service the water purifier at my home. The person now doesnt receive calls from my number since he has probably saved it.

            i have purchased eureka forbes water purifier in the month of april 2014 .now recently experiencing leakage issues.i called up the customer care and the person who first came to introduce about the machine.i almost called 4days they showed hardly ny sort of response.everytime you call them they start giving excuses.such pathetic service by kannur office.if you cant manage such issues of customer then why do you open a branch for name sake.
            Eureka forbes aquaguard filter is good. But the service they are providing that's the worst service experience i ever had .especially kannur thana.every 2 years I m renewing my AMC .But for the service they will attend only after a several times of calling. And this time I called 6 to 7 times in a month. Till now they didn't attend.

                Aquaguard has a pathetic after sales service. It has been a week since a request for installation of Aquaguard was lodgged. Everytime you call the service centre the person assure you that the installation will be done by the end of the day. But no one arrives. This is really very bad for a big company like this. PLEASE LOOK FOR OTHER SIMILAR PRODUCTS THAN SPENDING MONEY AND TIME ON SUCH A CRAP THING.

                i have gone for acquaguard water purifier. at the time of purchase, the sales guy sold it immediately. but after 1 year, i suffered for the service like anything.then i have gone for some service contract. when they said it will be prompt. but that was even worst. so, never ever go for acquaguard. we have too meny products in the market for water purification. if you have the same openion, please post it. it should be there in "stay away" list.

                Aqua Guard was installed at my house last year but no service has been provided till now even the free serice after three months has not been provided. Inspite of many complaints made to your local office at Jaipur no one has come till now. The carbon & the candle need to be changed.
                I have had repeated problems with the Eureka Forbes Aquaguard. The way they position themselves through their ads is just fake. Once they sell the product to you, they will ensure that you keep running after them for every thing. I really do not know how, they are internally tied up to provide servicing facilities to the customer but in the last one year using their product Aquaguard Nova eboiling, I've realised that they have bunch of irresponsible and rude people, complete lack of coordination among each other and giving you the impression that you are a fool to select us and our product and now that you have committed this crime, do pay the price.
                Quoting a recent experience: On the completion one year of the company product at my place, I had logged a servicing request and it has been 4 weeks since then that the call has not been attended. Every time I call, I am assured that by this week it will be done.
                After all this sufferring one HUMBLE REQUEST to you is PLEASE BE MENTALLY PREPARED TO FEEL LIKE A STUPID FOOL IF YOU ARE PICKING UP A EUREKA FORBES PRODUCT FOR ITS PATHETIC AFTER SALES SERVICE.
                I do agree that the after sales service of Eureka Forbes has been drastically bad. I too have suffered the same and completely agree what has been put up.
                This comany has the worst after sales service one can think off. It is a task in itself to find the phone working when you want to make the complaint. the phone numbers useually tell you that this number doesn't exist.

                I have a problem at present and if someone out there can tell me the phne number to loadge complaint in the city of Panchkula [City next to Chandigarh].

                Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Not functioning

                The Aqua Guard installed in the Vice-Chancellor office of Patna University is not in order since so many days. Even After lodging complain to Patna office of eureka forbes, they are no providing services
                I want to know if the quality of the water can be checked in anyway. We just bought the auqaguard system thinking it would rid us of buygin cans but there is odor in the water, and my 3 month old nephew got sick right after using the water. Do the service ppl(i know ur all pissed off) have a way of telling if the thing workes or we getting the tap water indirectly.
                I have an Aquagaurd water purifier bought in 2002 in Delhi. The model is classic and i have been regular as far as maintainence is concerned and recently after getting posted to Gorakhpur i got AMC done .My whole family has not been keeping well so i got the water from my Aqugaurd tested and was shocked to see loads of gut bacteria at very high unexpected levels. I contacted the local Eureka forbes guys 2 weeks back and they took water in non sterile bottle inspite of me telling not to do so. I was given 4-5 days by them for a decision and since then there was no communication from these guys. In i have been calling them up regularly but everytime they give some excuse or the other. In fact other day they told me that this model doesnt remove bacterias and i should buy the RO model from them.
                When it comes to selling their product they really keep calling you day and night and now suddenly there is all silence from the other end.
                I must say a very pathetic after sales service .Tomorrow if i buy a RO from them and it gives similar problem, i guess these guys will suggest to me to go for something costlier. There is no limits i must say.After all its not their money which is at stake i guess.I hope those guys at Eureka Forbes do something about it.
                the entire site and company service is pathetic and lousy .No one pick up the call in mumbai office . write feedback on website no one follows up .local service i think is is in shambles . a new water purifier cannot be installed. What will happen if it breakdown ? . I think i have take a wrong decision taking the purifier. i think we need to to file a complaint for poor service, wrong commitments, and wrong punchline as friends for service it will be good if it becomes enemies of good service .                 EUROHELPLINE sucks. I had registered service complaint weeks back. I have been calling up Euro Helpline 39883333 every day multiple times to get it addressed. But to no use. Every time I am assured it will be done today, but no one turns up. Is there a grievance cell where I can register a complaint? I have already wasted several days waiting at home for some body I had called up yesterday at 8:00 AM so that some technician can be assigned. No one turned up yet. Since then I have called up at least 10 times. This company shouldn't live long!!!
                AT THE OUTSET I AM READY TO TAKE THEM TO THE COURT AND TEACH A LESSON IF LIKE MINDED PEOPLE JOIN. I NARRATE MY PROBLEM AS FOLLOWS. I have taken two years AMC. Two months back my machine went out of order and their service engineer Mr.Jaishankar comes and repair it in such a manner that it will last not more than one hour. Their representatives advises us to buy softener which is launched and he intentionally does temporary repair so that I depend on him and he is blackmailing to buy softener. I complained to Eureka Forbes head office in Noida and written mails on their website but still my problem is not solved. On sunday he came and took the machine and said he will repair in his office and will return next day. Today 6 days are over and he neither returned the machine nor receiving my phone. I found Eureka Forbes service is pathetic and they employ a bunch of incompetent and rude people.
                I agree certainly agree that Eureka is worst company I have faced with. They have poorest quality products and poorest after sales service and poorest staff who dont understand customer needs and total fake sales people all that they know is to anything to sell their product. As a consumers we need to take actions against these companies by spreading the messages to not to by any products from Eureka. Not to worry about the products we have many desciplined players in the market and we can approach them for similar products.

                Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Defective equipment

                Dear Sir,

                I have purchased an Aqua Guard on 09.09.2006. Since the installation of the same it was defective and I was told that it would be replaced if further problems occur. I regret to state that whenever there is a problem, the technicians come and rectify it but never was it replaced.

                There is this perennial problem with the UV light which shifts (as per your technician) and the unit malfunctions.

                I also have a Euro Clean (Bullet), which I purchased few years back. There was a short circuit in the power cord and I lodged a complaint. The technician came and said that the cord spring is damaged and the motor is burnt, which is not true. When I said this he just walked away and never came back.

                I would request you to necessary action and also would like to state that due to your some DSA and their staff, your company is getting a bad name in my locality.

                I have a 2 yr servive AMC with Aquaguard. They provide no service at all on their own and when I call up and register also they do not show up. They just say we will send you a person and no one ever comes. This is just horrible
                Don't get attracted by Eureka forbes advertisements for their aquaguard water purifiers.
                I have bought a booster model 3 weeks ago and it made me completely diasppointed.
                First of all it is NOT functioning. It is NOT filtering the mud and the outflow water
                is tasting carbon smell. The second one is the service..Really
                it is the worst service and never experienced as much with any one.
                The certifiction of Indian Medical Assoication may be a fake one otherwise
                ours is a well noted corrupted country so it is a not a big deal to get such certificates.

                AQUAGUARD AND AQUA COOLER — insufficiency in service

                i am sorry to say that your company is loosing the market goodwill in terms of customer service/care . we have lodge two complains, one for aqua cooler cum purifier[protected] at our dhanbad branch date back to june. over phone they assure the service engineer would visit your office soon but no one has come yet from the company even after cheeking everything about the mechine over phone and the machine was under AMC AND DOKET no given was 165, another problem we are facing is of godda branch where a aqua guard (hi fLo)was installed and AMC done from deoghar, but there also more than one month has passed but no service engineers has come to solve the problem even after repeated request to your deoghar service branch

                I agree with the openion of the other consumers.Iam also facing after sales service problems.My aquaguard in AMC for the last TWO years. When I complained on 13/10/2008 of non function of the Aquaguard the agency told that "the motors are not available" and the fact intimated to tghe Head Office.But the motors are not received even after 20 days of their intimation. At least the HO may send the moters to the Service Agency "Dhruva Enter Prises, Hyderabad earliest.
                Guys, I think it is high time that we join together to drag these people to consumer court. I have bought a vacuum cleaner from Eureka Forbes. Thankfully I bought it from some other outlet and not the Eureka Forbes ones. So I have got the product at once, but since then nobody from Eureka Forbes turned up for a simple demonstartion. Every time I call up they give me a different number to complain and when, being frustrated as I am, I called up their Chennai office to lodge a complain, the recorded voice said, "this number does not exist." Earlier, they have not given the free servicing on their Aquaguard. I feel really stupid that I bought another Eureka Forbes product at all. However, since I am a journalist, I have tried to scare them by saying that I will flash it in the newspaper, and I think finally it is going to work. I am keeping my fingers crossed, though. But seriously, can't we do something? Consumer court is a good option. Please think about it and voice your opinion through this forum. If the majority say 'yes', we are certainly going to drag these mean rude people to the court. Justice delayed is justice denied.

                We experienced difficulties with the equipment operation FROM September-08. We immediately contacted the after sales service call centre and launched an official complaint. It has been nearly 5 months and till date our complaint has not been addressed. You would appreciate the fact that 5 months is a painfully long period for addressing a customer complaint and following up the matter with the company officers.



                We have been made false promises and commitments by the officers about addressing our complaint. Following are the names of officers which we have contacted since last 5 months and they have not taken any action till date.

                Got very worst reply and answer given by this officer as he was asking don’t

                talk to me we work like this and if you wish you can continue with our

                was trying but immediately forget to follow it up.

                Also not able to send any person to pick up the cheque of renewal service

                contract as he says he don’t have any AMC from in office and this reply I

                am getting from him since last 60 days.



                4. Mr. Parbhat Singh[protected]

                The man to whom you have given the service contract on Eureka’s behalf

                but you don’t explain him the method of working he is very least bother to

                alternate any call and not even tried to solve the issues.















                5. Just forget the name of the last person’s to whom I had talk and still the

                problem is not solved and also the maintenance contract cheque is not

                picked up and they force me to go to private agencies and given me the

                number of Aakash Water Purifier Services – 022 – 4042 5656 he says

                this is the better option then our Eureka’s service ???





                It is really pathetic that we are being literally treated as "beggars" in our pursuit of contacting your officers and getting the equipment complaint resolved. We are being made to believe that we are at the mercy of your company officers. We get a feeling that the officers do not see any value in addressing a customer complaint.



                I write this letter as a final attempt to get our grievance resolved and with a fervent hope that you will look into this matter ASAP and make an attempt to restore the customer confidence in your company's product and your company as a whole by addressing our complaint.

                After calling so many times the service man is not coming to serve and they are also behaving bad.One day they come at noon but our calling bell was off because there are so many bad incidents are happening these days from the sales man.Next time we are calling them they are not coming.

                very poor service. it is all a mental torture for the customer whohave purchased the product. why dont we report to the consumer court and ask for refund of our amc money and compensation for deceiving the poor consumers. as GANDHIJI said the customer is the king in the market and he is the most important person but it is very pathetic to note tha we are worse than BEGGARS
                I have a eBoiling Aquaguard water purifier installed and currently under annual maintenance contract. The purifier stopped working on Friday, 3rd April, 2009 and I put in my complaint on the very same day. Till the writing of this (8th April, 2009), no one has visited for repairs. 6 days and the complaint is still pending for servicing! This is utter callousness on the part of Aquaguard. imagine buying water bottles for the past 6 days!

                I strongly advise new buyers not to go in for Aquaguard. if at all you are hell bent on buying it then avoid their maintenance contract.

                I too purchased UV purifier last month. The marketing team at Bangalore (RT Nagar) committed that they will give invoice and travel bag (Free offer) within 48 hrs. But even after 15 days I have not received the invoice and free travel bag. We are calling Mr Ragavendra who is the incharge but he is not responding properly. He is using all illegal words over phone and he told payment collected already and he is not responsible for invoice & free bag deliveries now.
                How Eureka forbes recruiting these people.
                I too have many customers wants to buy the product but after seeing the ir-responsible behaviour of Mr Ragavendra, they are not willing to go for Aquaguard now.

                I am chasing Eureka Forbes service helpline for the last two weeks..Everytime a new guy from call centre picks up and goes thorugh the same process of making enquiry what is the problem and assure you that the technician will attend to your complaint..Today I am going to call, and it will be my fifth call..Eureka Forbes (call centre) does not have a system of calling back the customer to take a feedback, whether the complaint is attended to our satisfaction..As I have read in the some of the mails, Eureka Forbes sells the product and enjoys the suffering that we go through due to our addiction..Is there any one from Eureka Forbes reading this????

                vanakkam. This has reference to my earlier mail comp dated 23/06/09 regard to filthy service being rendered by Eureka forbes co. The company being one of the legal evaders of excise duty and service tax was/ is offering filthy service for the last 5 years. Especially in the region around Ambattur-Chennai the service is worst. My nature of comp is as follows.
                pl recall my reference mail dated 23/06/2009. I promptly checked my Req no :[protected] having cust no :[protected] time at 17:57:54 dated 21-june-2009. It is now 24 -june-2009 the nxt 48 hrs had gone by . Lousy reply given by call centre employee that comp had been forwaded to regional service centre.
                Funniest part of the game . The call centre no 3988 3333 is always choked with traffic. taken the complaint with regional manager on 13-june-2009 at 13.00 Hrs . Entered in desk attendant register by the euroke forbes employee at Ambattur. When not responded ., again entered into desk attendant register by the same employee on 19-june-2009 at 11.00 Hrs. Assurance given that will be attended on the same day.
                It is now time to rise up to the occasion in the fora to atleast implicate the misleading co to the public .

                I had purchased Aquaguard-Nova-Celebration series only on my own request at Trichy last year. While installing the machine it had been promised to do free service every six months. But even after one year the agency had not done anything to service the machine. I had tried to contact the agency but in vain. The agency asked to me to contact the Service Engineer who had informed me that the time for free service is over and instructed me to contact another agency for paid up Service. Even though the performance of thes machine is good the service after sales is very bad.

                I have a serious concern over the Eureka Forbes. I bought a aquagard water purifier in August, 2009. Last one week the carbon is passing through. Complaint unattended. They were saying all the serive engineers are in a meeting.

                I am Managing Director of a company who are authorised dealers for Mercedes-Benz and Maruti Suzuki, passanger cars, based in Pune city. We too have been in the selling and servicing business & we never keep all our engineers busy in a meeting.

                My concern is exactly what I have mentioned above. I am prepared to wait, for any other reason than this.

                Please look into this and if the service is going to be like that, I would beeter return the product.

                I am fed up with the after sales service. i also have few cases
                1) I requester Auuaguard to send some agent for maintenance activity during the warranty period (1.5 yrs ago). the agent visited us but he was not aware about the process to operate, later on (the analyst revealed) i came to know that he was trainee and he has never worked on this product.
                2) I have requested company to reinstall my Aquaguard (complaint no[protected] and 91) in July, after shifting to new location. they committed that the serice will be provided to me within 48 Hrs... Even afetr 2 months i am still awaiting for service boy to give me a call. whenever i tries to take followup by caling the call centre, i sence that every engineer is surprized and have nothing to answer except promising that this will be closed "TOMORROW". The best part that they keeps opening a new ticket also (they have opened 3 tickets till now for the same cause)...

                Due to this inconvenience i ended up paying thouands of rupess just to buy WATER bottles.

                I am not sure if i need to PAY these guys for this pathetic service.

                I would strongly recommend new buyers not to go in for Aquaguard.

                Aquaguard service is simply pathetic. We have been customers of aquagaurd for many many years. But the service has deteriorated considerably in the last few years. They will chase you and chase you and harrass you with their sales talk when it comes to seeling their product. I guess that is how they have been trained. Then comes the service part. They will visit you as many times as you want to collect the money for a serice contract and they will persuade you and tell you how advantageous it is to ake a 2 year contract. After that nobody bothers to come. I have a 2 year contract taken in 2008. The service is supposed to be once in 6 mths. Till today I can tewll you they have not come for service withut my calling them atleast five times. I am quite sick of the 'we are sorry for the inconvenience ma'am' spiel of the call center staff.

                The latest...I called them on the 19th of Nov and till yesterday nobody turned up.( Incidentally need to mention that the lady said the records mention that the machine was serviced in Sept!!) I called again yesterday and the lady apologised as usual and said it will be attended to by evening. Evening the technician comes in at 6 pm, has a look at the filter and is himself shocked at the state of it. And then says the filter has to be changed and since he does not have one he will come back tomorrow. Whern askled why this was not being serviced regularly, he says we are a new branch now in Choolaimedu and we are putting the data base together. Till now it had been serviced by the T, Nagar, Chennai branch of the same company!! last year when asked they said there were complaints about the service ppl so they had changed the agents and aas a special case they had sent some one from the main office to service my machine.

                So while the company earns interest on my money paid in advance for a 2yrs AMC, they have no responsiblity towards the customer.

                Will a senior Aquaguard Executve call me and explain and also explain through your columns? As customers we demand an explanation and better service.

Today they sold us RO reviva at 12500 rs. actual cost is 9990 rs, and also took my old aquagaurd compact in exchange offer and told me that i will get back with your ro machine after giving your old machine to our godown, so i gave him that machine but they didnt gave that ro system to us.
                after that i complained to mansaroover office they give me akhilesh yadav's no. than i called him and told them complete story then he said i dont know about that. i also told him that i'm going police station for FIR then he said just go there and also complain to head office or any other else, i dont care.

                Worst after sales service. After sales service is very poor and pathetic and customer care people will not send until the guarantee period is over. When the period is over then everyday you will be receiving a call.

                such a big company but worst service centre and service people, they are not ready to talk over
                phones and not ready to lodge any complaint or problem of customer.henceforth i suggest to
                my relatives and friends not to buy any product of eureka group .
                Service is very very neglected. I contacted 10 times to customercare of aquaguard. Everytime they are assuring that you will get the service by the end of the day. But all assurance are false. Nobody is calling back and there is no response to provide a service. So please try not to buy eureka products.

                Eureka Forbes — Product Aqua Guard Total not functioning satisfactorily since installation itself

                We had booked an Aqua Guard Total & Vacuum Cleaner through the Door to Door Rep. of Aqua Guard trusting the name of the company. On Booking the unit itself, the entire payment was made. (November 2009). It is highly unfortunate that till date the Aqua Guard unit is not functioning properly.                 I too share your views as i bought an aqua sure RO water purifier and had been sufferring after tha. Even if you place a complain they dont turn up. i am not havin the machine running for 5 days and with repeated complints people dont turn up. its my request to those who havent bought purifiers from this company think twice before doing so as they have some pathethic irresponsibile people out there.
                I have purchased one EUREKA FORBES LTD a commercial water filter which has been recommended by their representative Mr.Sanjay Naik on 28/04/10. At the time of selling the said product Sanjay Naik assured that this product is developed for commercial use and any thing goes wrong will be taken care by the company for a year.
                Sanjay Naik also assured that, they provide 2free service in a year. Though they never ever bothered to check after the sales and the time whether the machine working in good condition. This filter is attached with a water cooler and they only provided an auto cut the said auto cut also not functioning after only six months. We asked them to change the auto cut but they do not have stock available and can not give any positive date.
                While talking to Sanjay Naik, he was very rude and rough saying that, we can complain any where and stated that, "If you want the service take it or leave it". This is the attitude of a sales person in Goa has and the service after sales is totally pathetic. Unlike other cities, the attitude of the sales person in Goa is totally un acceptable.
                My question is how come a sales person provides all wrong and false information about the product to a customer at the time of selling a product.
                People has a faith in TATA products and they go blindly. But, I wonder how company like TATA can afford to recruit/appoint all these rubbish personnel for selling their product???
                TATA then must ensure not to sell any product in a place where there is no service after sales.
                There are number of new and much reliable water purifier has launched in the market. Why one should opt for TATA product only !!!

                I lodged complain on 9th August regarding the non working UV of aqua Sensa but still not corrected the fault.The mangement has planned such a beautifully the system that you will never know who is the actual incharge of system and complain is limited to call center and service center.It seems the hired persons are afraid of telling the contact no. of Incharge.But every year new models are developed but spares are not available in time for replacement hence compalin remains unattemted.It will be a lesson to every one that never purchase a new model as service persons hardly know about the system and no spares are available.

                I wanted to purchase a latest automatic model Aquaguard from Eureka Forbes in the year 2009. The marketing guy (Suman Koley, City Centre, Durgapur) cleverly made me buy Aquaguard classic eboiling model (MANUAL) saying this is the latest model with least maintenance. Only after buying did we realise that this is the worst model of Aquaguard and this guy had fooled us. It is only one year of installation and the Aquaguard is not working. Upon calling the service guy, he is giving a long list of spares to be changed + AMC for 3 years.
                We are totally fed up and dissatisfied with Eureka Forbes and advice all to verify the model no with 3-4 people before going for it.

                I have bought RO model Aquaguard. Within less than 6 months, the filter process got slow. It was damaged during the last service when technician came and intentionally damaged the product. Since then, the water filter process of my machine went down. When we complained after several calls, a service engineer came and said it would cost Rs 2500/ to repair the damage. I talked to supervisor Mr Srinivasan Rao - [protected] and he gave a diktat of 'terms & conditions'. It shows that the company while selling the product hides information. Nothing is covered under warranty. He said consumer parts are not covered under warrant clause. He said to complain wherever I want. This is pathetic. The government of India should ban such company for cheating on customers. I'm not a legal extert who understands all the clauses covered under warranty document. I'm sure many consumers feel the same. Its time to raise alarm towards such product and discourage users from buying products.

                I want to bring this matter to consumer court. Will you please tell me where I can register complaints. This time. I'm serious and will fight the case come what may!

                Today i came to lodge a complaints against Eureka Forbes in reg of their pathetic service and customer complaint system and have seen around 500 complaints lodged recently and what is action plan taken by eureka forbes ...better they pack up from india......their products are useless...employees are worthless.
                I had posted a complaint about the Sensa Model which I had purchased in August 2010. Immediately personnel from Local office in Chennai contacted me and later the whole issue has been put in cold storage.
                I would advise public to desist from buying anything from eureka forbes.
                There is no hold the customer has on these people.Except for the so called representatives who loiter on the streets carrying the brochures and out to take the unsuspecting public for a ride there is nothing glorious about buying their equipments.
                More over their service people are as bad as the sales people.
                It is not far when I will be knocking the doors of the consumer court ..

                I had bought a Eureka Forbes Water
                Filter IVORY UV  "Aquasure" from your company on
                16th Dec 2009, (invoice no GFE-1644) Dealer name GUMAN Electronics
                and since then it has broken down atleast 5 times. In Feb
                2010 I had lodged 8-10 complaints at your Jaipur office, about
                it, as a result of which some technician was sent to examine it.your team
                has taken almost 10 days for reverting back. However,
                it has broken down Again in Jun 2010. and no one has turned up since then
                and the executives have been providing new complaint no.s
                I spoke to dealer and finally
                on 19th July 2010, I got an approval for changing/replacing the product and I took (Aquasure NANO RO)

                Thereafter it worked smooth and in Jan 2011 it has broken down again which was repaired in couple of days. But in Apr 2011 it has again broken down atleast 3 times. Some technician came twice and repaired that machine for half hearten next day it broken down again and since 22 nd Apr 2011 I am regularly logging a complaint on customer care no: [protected] but no one is turning back, though they are providing me a new complaint number, a new commitment every time.

                We purchaced Eureka Forbes - Total Sensa Aqua Guard 6 months ago. Recently the tap started leaking and we registered a complaint with Euro Helpline beginning of May 2011. For 10 days, we did not receive any response from Eureka Forbes Service Department regarding our complaint.

                The after sales service of Eureka Forbes is pathetic and frustrating. I had to follow up and call the euro helpline with min 10 calls to be able to talk to the correct person. I was told to followup with the service center person myself and the contact numbers given to me were either switched off or not working (I suspect those were all fake).

                After continous followup calls and waiting on hold (listening to the Aqua Guard Song can get on your nerves), finally on 10th attempt I was given the mobile number of the service center representative.

                All this has caused me a lot of agony and frustration.

                I will never recommend getting a eureka forbes product for its terrible after sales service.

                Dealers/Salesman are unable explain about their product. We thought of buying Aqua total sensa but suresh(salesman) told us not to buy that one.                 I advise buyers not to get into AMC; Call the service when the water stops coming(we need to change the candle). Otherwise the service guy takes away the existing candles which would take sometime to expire.

                AquaGuard and Eureka forbes Vacuum cleaner — IRRESPONSIBLE SERVICE

                Irresponsible Service from Aquaguard and Eureka Forbes Vaccum Cleaner Organization. For past One two month i have called the concerned people for Service but no proper response from them all fake response till now. Whenever i call these people in service the dailouge "within 24hours you will get a solution" this is the only reply from them but till now no response. Service Center Number is [protected]. We have given AMC for these two Appliances So Please do the needful as soon as possible.
                I have one nova water filter and entered into AMC for three years. This was over by 27th July. After a lot of calls in 39883333 a person came for servicing and he could not fix the tube connection properly and the water was leaking from the machine. This was reported promptly during june 2011 and no one was attending the complaint.

                Some how the problem solved by itself but the other problem of choking started and no water was flowing. After careful examing the machine we found the external pump was not working and the complaint was givenonce again during 7th august 2011 and the complaint number is 63255539 and once again the new number was given on 8th august and it is 85314728 . No one turned up to attand the complaint tille of 19th August. I do not know how they operate on this. A person who had AMC for three years and no service was given to us expect a call was registered. Even this is being ignored.

                After a greate difficulty we could get one service mangers number ie [protected] by name Mr, shivakumar. When once we ring this number it rings and switches off. A second time if you call this number this number will be switched off. This is the problem of Aqua guard.


                With all these problems we placed one more order in Bangalore for my daughter and they have taken the full money on 17th August promissing to install the machine by the eveining. Evening came but not the machine. AFter contacting themwe could get a reply that there was heavy rain and could not come.
                They promissed to come on 18th but no result. They give and answer stating drilling machine was not availale.

                For these persons we cannot go out thinking these guys will come and report door locked.

                We are praying GOD to help us in this regard.

                i am sure Iwill not recomand Aquagurad any more and if required we can alll join advertise this in local dailyies.

                Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard — Non availability of service

                I have made a service contract with the Eureka Forbes Aqua Guard on 28.11.2011 for two years. After replacement of parts my machine is dripping water. Accordingly I complained to the Call centre vide complaint No. [protected] dated 07.12.2011, [protected] dated 06.12. 2011, [protected] dated 02.12.2011etc. The Call centre Personnel regular give me assurance that service would be done within 24 hours. But none responded. Such is the dismal state of our Dankuni centre.

                AquaGuard — no serving/ no after sales service

                we have brought the aqua guard on 2/10/08. After that till today only 3-4 times the executive has come for the servicing. We have to call him for 5-6 times then the person comes. and even the filter has not properly changed on time. We have said the executive to send some other person if he is so busy. still no action is taken. we request you to take some action quickly.
                I fully agree with the comments. Eurekaforbes ser.centres are useless. They are not giving proper services to the customers. At the time of renewal call is given. After that they do not provide the ser. of their own. When we call them usually ans is technician is not well. then what is the use of AMC?
                I am very disappointed with very bad servvice, i need v v urgent help from the consumer court.very poor service

                  We have purchased model of aquaguard total NF last year but the product is pathetic and we are really dissatisfied with the service provided by the company.it cost us about 14000/-Rs which is now taking on our nerves.The product at its initial installation was creating problem and till we have not paid the money the salesman were coming again and again to our home to check the machine but as we paid the whole amount we wre fooled. they told us that this machine is suitable for your area but it is not atall working properly and I am sick of this machine because in the morning I have to clean it and in the evening it again stops working and we are out with drinking water. FROM LAST 3 DAYS WE ARE BUYING WATE RFROM THE SHOP AND NOBODY FROM THEIR SERVICE CENTRE IS COMING TO ATTEND OUR COMPLAINT.

                  Eureka Forbes Limited — defective model and poor services

                  We bought Aqua Guard water purifier from SCF 11, 3-b-2, 11nd Floor Mohali from Akash Saxena code No. 9017636 for Rs. 8590/- on 14.4.10 against receipt No. 248 No. 008373. Only after 2 and 1/2 months the machine is giving trouble. We have called the agent. Lets see what happen. We dont want this defective piece as we have given the demanded cost. It should be replaced by the new one. Pleasse direct your agent to replace the same at the earliest. Because in rainy days the water is so muddy that it is unable to drink.. We have just spend money mto get purified water. But whats the fun of all this. No agent is liable to service the same. When they install the machine they use to talk very big things. 2 Free services. I dont know where they are? I want that the same should be replaced immediately.

                    I have purchased a Aquagurad Total RO from Mr. Rajeshwar/ Mr Manoj Prasad, ASif Ali Road, Delhi office of Eureka Forbes on 23/05/2008. The above said equipment was not working properly since installation . I have already logded the a lot of complaints but no one is ready to listen. I have complant to Mr Manoj Pandey, Branch Manger, Asif Ali Road also but problem is still there.

                    I will request the senior mgmt of Eureka forbes to look into the matter urgently.

                    I had purchased aquaguard total reviva from ALIVENI Enterprises H.NO-8-5-233/A, Laxmi nagar, Karimnagar, Andhrapradesh on 9/11/2008.Inspite of my regular calls to him due to stopping of the machine, he has never bothered to attend my calls.
                    This speaks of wrong business ethics and puts a bad mark on the reputation of Eureka Forbes Company. It is high time for the officials to take stock of the situation and remedy it for the prestige of the company. I hope an immediate response from Eureka Forbes.
                    I Antony.S lodged a complaint 3 months back with reference to the complaint no 81130914, The complaint was about the water purifier which was to be serviced but no step was taken from the company to resolve it. We have contacted several people from the company but still no action taken . Finally i sent a mail and got a reply states the problem will be resolved today (16th jun) .If no action taken today we advice all our localties not to use your products and we are ready to file a case against the services of the company
                    This is the most pathetic way of handling the complaints that I have ever seen in any company...It has been over 7 days after having lodged the complaint for the service for the machine but nobody seemingly is bothered about it...as nobody has come for it till date... The complaint was lodged in the NEHA ENTERPRISES, which is authorised service center for Eureka Forbes.. They have done service contract for two years but nobody has bothered to come for servicing the machine for the past 10-11 months, even though it is supposed to be done every 6 months... How pathetically disorganised EUREKA FORBES is as by appointing such companies as their authorised representatives, who dont even talk properly, leave apart giving services to the clients... If there is some seriously responsible enough in EUREKA FORBES, will get to see the result within 1-2 days..

                    last year, i have visited Trade fair in delhi and during my visit to Eureka forbes stall ,i have shown interest on some product so they said they will visit to our house but pl register your name and pay Rs 200/= which is refundable when our represenatative visit to your house ,i was very hessitant to pay but he pressuried me to pay the same .But till now no body visited our house and they have not returned the amount till now after so many follow ups.The person Name is Mr Choubey who has taken the money and his behavior is very rude whenever i call them.

                    It is very surprising that such MNC also trying this mall practice to gain money to compensate their expenses in trade fair.

                    So this for every body that pl be carefull when you visit this time to trade fair.

                      I have called up eureka forbes customer center @ 39883333 on Wednesday & request number is 15882. The Aqua guard water purifier system is not working in our house for past 3 days. I have been following up with you since wednesday, I have been keep hearing that custoemr service person is on the way & reach by EOD. Is this the service that is expected out of Eureka.Whenever the sales person come to my home to collect AMC, he promply says they will come every quarter to do service of the system. It so happened until now in the last 4 years not even once they have turned up for quartely service. When the sales guy comes the next year to collect AMC, He says the same story, that he is new to the organization, he will ensure that he will come & carry out the service every quarter. How can you expect me refer Aquaguard to my friends/relatives, if the service this pathetic. What is the turnaround time in case customer reports in with problem. Its more than 3 days, Would appreicate if you could send service person ASAP, otherwise i have no option other than write to various seniors/other media persons about the pathetic service we have been provided the last 4 years or so

                      We purchased a Water purifier Aug08. The water purifier is not working since 18th June. The complain number we got is 80401195. Since then we are calling customer service everyday and everyday customer support say they will send the service person on the same day. But today is 16th July and till today nobody has come. This is the poorest service we have ever seen. Now we are feeling that we made a mistake by purchasing your product.
                      It is to be made clear as to what is the length of the inlet pipe provided with the water-purifier Aqua Guard.
                      Aqua Guard was installed on 29th May 08. Approx 40cm pipe (inlet) was fixed and the rest of the length was taken away without letting me know about it.
                      Today I want to shift its position but due to limited length of inlet pipe I am unable to do so.
                      I rang up[protected] but no definite reply is being given when I asked them to return the cut-away pipe. Could you take up the matter. Bill no.010794, unit Sr No.4000650 .

                      I had purchased a water purifier (Forbes -Crystal model)on 08/03/08 which is still covered by warranty. The water purifier's performance has gone down for the past one month. I called up your call centre[protected] thrice but all in vain. Everytime i call up, the person taking the call gives me a new date and time when your service engineer would be visiting...but not to mention, no one has till date bothered to turn up.It has been three times that i have called your customer care no. in the past ten days...Is that the kind of service you all provide? I hope after this mail of mine some one will take action immediately, failing which, I will escalate the matter to senior management levels of your company.                       I purchased Eureka Forbes Vaccume Cleaner on 25th feb 2008 from their Divisional sales office, Vashi, Navi Mumbai, from the sales man kishan kakad ( [protected]) (code no 9003052) . Instead of asking him to deliver on Saturday. he came before that and though we were not at home requested us to reach home and take the delivery as he is very bussy and has many other appointmemnts and he will come for training the very next day.
                      That very next day never came, instead of making him many calls.

                      When the phone call to this number were not getting attended, we made calls to their vashi office from where we got reply for one month that he is on leave. and they will send someone else. I informed them that Vacume cleaner is not working properly its cord is winding automattically and it is getting hot and automatically stopping after some time. Inspite of many calls and their promises no one attanded it.

                      The complait was again made to help line on 4th sept 2008 compliant no 40908414 but no action tilll nov, again reminder in nov and an engineer came for inspection from service center and informed that some parts are faulty and have to be replaced

                      Again comlaint to Head office on 21/11/2008 (compl no 27 ) and an complaint to help line ( compl no[protected] but problem is not solved yet.

                      Worst Service. I am continously calling them on their customer care number and everytime then tell me that today itself the mechanic will go and fix the things. They will provide you people how to talk to the customers and how to give satisfaction to the customer...They are not doing any social service and I really feel sorry for opting a product from Eureka Forbes.

                      I strongly agree that the service provided by the eureka forbes is very poor. I have bought
                      a Aquaguard Spring fresh from NXT Marathahalli. But it is not working properly. I have called the
                      customer service for n number of times. But the customer care executives are polite and they are
                      keen in disconnecting the call. So they are giving all the promises that the Technician(is there anyone in eureka forbes like that?) will reach us in 24 hrs.
                      God only knows.

Technician came home after 3 days without notice, we being working people nobody was at home and later Technician called and told that complaint will be attended on Sat. 28th Nov.                       We have been using the Eureka Forbes Reviva Water Purifying system for the past 6 years. We have been changing the filters in the appropriate time as per the schedule. But the service provided by them is not at all satisfied. We called the service engineer for a month time back. But everytime, they are telling the same answer, that is "our person will come tomorow". In Tambaram, a Service is provided by pristine services. Once in a year they are very prompt in collecting the AMC amount. But after that time they never turned up. I doubt, whether a Eureka Forbes closed the Customer care department and keep the selling alone. They doing really a dirty business.

                      I have bought Eureka Vaccum Cleaner - Wet and Dry on 13th Dec, 2009 and I was given the Demo after 10 days and on the same day the Machine made a huge noise. I was promised by the sales person that they will get the machin replaced within 2 day.
                      After 5 days nobody turned up and I registered the complaint No. 823 458 93 on 24th Dec, 2009 and they promised to replace the machine within 48 Hours but as usual no response . I hve called up Thane office at 2580 4949 but all in vein.
                      I think I should have bought a China made Vaccum Cleaner at that would be cheap and would work for 6 months. But this Eureka machine didnt work for 1 day also and the service is good for nothing . A worse Company with a Worst Customer Service they have. The final thing to be done is to register a Complaint with customer court and give it in newspapaers so that " BE AWARE OF EUREKA PRODUCTS".

                      i had purchased an eureka forbes purifier on 6 march 2010, bill no.037686. i had paid the amount by cheque and for two weeks. i did not get the machine till two weeks later, on 22nd march. today is saturday 27th and till date no installation has been done. when i called up the salesperson ajinkya, he reluctantly gave his boss suresh's number. when spoken to suresh, he kept delaying the matter and inspite of several calls to them, no response has been given from their side. suresh refuses to give his superior's number and asked me to get it from the net!!!
                      horrible service and customer service frm a company like eureka forbles, i won't recommend it to anyone!!!

                      I purchased a water purifier which is still covered under warranty and nobody came for its service. The purifier is not giving desired water output and hence we called up helpline and nobody turned up till date.

                      Yesterday, I have to shift my house to a new location inside the city and i again called up the helpline so that they can send their representative to dismantle and refit at new location and repeatedly requested to send their representative on or after 7:00 pm since we are working and could not meet in between. When i came at evening I was surprised to find out a label (lock shape) and written that i came at 1:40 pm and the house was locked. Inspite of clear cut request their representative Mr. Atul came at 1:40 pm. Since i had to dismantle the purifier, I kept on calling helpline and nobody responded thereafter. Finally, since no other solution left, I had to dismantle the purifier by self with great difficulty and removed screws that holds membrane. Today during our conversation with their representative, we mentioned that purifier to be placed at new location for which he informed that this area does not comes under him and regretted. Now again I am calling helpline and let see what happens.


                      I was about to take AMC but very happy now that their such services forced me to think twice before giving AMC to Eureka. I will rather choose a local service provider rather than Eureka.

                      I fully endorse your views. I have bought a new Infiniti water Purifier . When I called them up their sales person was at my door step in 45 minutes. After purchase when the machine was in warranty in two months time their saervice people could not find my houise fo 5 days. When the higher ups were contacted the sales person did come and say that he would get the spare part and come. It has been 10 days since my complaint was registered -complaint no [protected] yet still not rectified.
                      The senior person Mr Vinay when contacted plainl;y and rudely tells me that he has informed the service people who will attend to the same.
                      My advice to all future customers is to stay away from Eureka Forbes as their after sales service is the worst one can ever imagine.

                      It is right. The executive of Euraka Forbes are making lots of falls commitment at the time of selling their product, but non of them they will follow in future after selling the product and/or getting the AMC.
                      I had purchased Aqua Guard in July'09, as per their commitment during frist one year they will replace the filter it self. Now One year is about to complete, no service engineer visited my home to fulfill their commitment. It seems the company is providing they better training to make the falls commitment to the customers to get the orders.

                      A sales executive showed me a RO of Eureka Forbes, at the time of booking he told me that I will not face any type of service issue, so as par their words I brought the RO water purifier from Eureka Forbes. But the unit which is installed in my house is old because it stops working after 2 days. The called many times to the customer care of Eureka Forbes, Dwarka but they are so irresponsible and careless towards their customer care and after sale service. Like if you called them 2-3 times regarding the complaint then they stop picking up your phone, if you call them from the previous number. I suggest every member of the consumer court that never ever buy a Eureka Forbes products, if you want to live peacefully

                      I have pROtect+, We purchased a Water purifier 03-July-2010. The water purifier is not working since 9th July. The complain number we got is 58712252. Since then we are calling customer service everyday and everyday customer support say they will send the service person on the same day. But today is 16th July and till today nobody has come. This is the poorest service we have ever seen. Now we are feeling that we made a mistake by purchasing your product.
                      I call on 9-july-10 morning for service because my water purifier stopped working completely but no one has come for service so whats is the use of pROtect+.When I call to You for your product your guys come home immediately to get money, but never bothered to attend the service call. Yesterday 12-july-10 I called 5 times and your customer support people promised me that someone will attend 100% but I waited till 9pm no on turned and I again called but it was going to voice mail saying you work only from 8am to 8pm. I don’t understand why you are giving false promises.

                      I never seen such WORST WORST customer care, since these people are getting paid regularly they dont care about there work, they should realise that they are responsible for customers product and responsible to answer customers. THis guy said he has no responsibility to call customer and update the status of the product. Just imagine a guy cooly telling this to a customer straight forward.

                      Is this the way to treat a customer like this ? I am sure you are spoiling your reputation and I feel bad for having taken pROtect+. I would certainly escalate this issue to very high authority.

                      I am using the aquagaurd reviva water purifier system.I strongly agree that the service provided by the eureka forbes is very poor.There was a leakage directly from the system not from the out let directly from the machine, the technician did his job and the next day the water was not delivered in to the machine but the machine works when I called my previous technician Mr Manju ([protected]) he just replied call to customer care and he simply ended the call this the service provided by EUREKA FORBES.Really ...
                      Absolutely the entire process of AMC is utter waste as same is the case with us. As they never respond forget quartely even annually once they never pay a visit to clean or replace (service). Ethically Eureka is not doing right job for what they are taking money and they are jus making money and filling their pockets. Even after there's such neck to neck competition in the market Eureka guys are playing around. Defnetly there's going to be a down fall and soon Eureka will drop on...                       I bought a Eureka water purifier - TOTAL - RO - Reviva model 6 months back, and after installation no one has turned up from the company even after 5 months, then i called the customer care and asked for service (routine checkup -when it is under warranty), a service ??????? person came and rectified the machine which was in better position before his visit.

                      After this i am facing severe problem, as the water storing time is aproximately 2 hours for the so called 10 ltr tank. Also the water taste is not good. During the time of drain also the water coming into the storage tank.

                      My acquagard classic waterpurifier became out of order in the month of january'10 and the same was repaired by the alleged authorised service center at Silchar, Assam by replcing the PCB on 29-01-10. But unfortaunately the became defective again on 2nd july'10 and it was deposited to the service center on 3rd july. I was assured the same willbe repaired again by replacing the PCB and no cost will be levied as it is within warranty period.But it is a matter of regret that the same was not repaired upto 25-07-10 inspite of my persuation personally and telephonically.when I lodged a complaint through internet, the original authorised service center for acquagard contacted me rgarding the complaint, then only I could know that, the service center at Silchar to which I have repaired my acquagard classic waterpurifier is not the original authorised service center for acquagard but for Acquasure only.. One thing I could not understand that How the service center for Acquasure at Silchar, can undertake the repair work of acquagard, when there exists one authorised service center for Acquagard.By this not only they are harrassing the consumer but tarnishing the image of the company.It is worthwhile to mention here that, the purifier is not yet reparied completely, though they have handed over the same saying that it has been repaired after taking the service charges.Can we expect some suitable action against the defaulter servece center fro the company side?

                      I echo the same feelings expressed by many others on this forum.
                      I have been calling up your 24hrs helpline more than twice a day for the past month or so and I always get the same reply that the engineer is on his way and would be reaching my place by EOD. But I must say that day hasn't arrived yet!!! Moreover, the local franchise out here, SANJANA ENTERPRISES, are LEAST HELPFUL and MOST RUDE anytime you call them!
                      I must confess that it is really disgraceful on the part of such a reputed company like Eureka Forbes to make false promises to its customers and keep them waiting even for the basic repairs and quaterly maintenance that too when the customer has already got an AMC done. Moreover, some of the silly excuses given by your engineers, like the non-availability of certain parts for months, is just baffling!!! I must say the post-sales customer service gone from good to bad to WORST in the past couple of years and now this brand no longer remains the one sought after by many, especially in the age of cut-throat competition!

                      I sincerely request the concerned authorities to have a deeper look into this seemingly grave problem and provide some solution to the unhappy customers.

                      I was using their UV model for quite some time.Their Technical Representative (?) who come for regular service egged me to go for their latest improved version.The sales guy after ascertaining the water source(metro water} advised me to go in for protec+ RO model.He neither check tested the input TDS and output TDS.Neither the technician(?) who come for the installation on 4thSep2010 tested the same.As I notice from their manual that using RO for normal water is detrimental to health, i immediately posted my concern in their web site and e-mailed to their customer care center at Mumbai.Local branch office Chennai)were shunting between different service centered.When the ultimately turned up for testing it is found out that input TDS is 276 and out put TDS is much low at 10.They have since replaced the membrane with nanomebrane. Understand the out put in this case will be 50% of input TDS viz around 135.I am under dark that this TDS is OK for consumption.Their approach is totally unprofessional.I further understand that their so called advanced purifier is not that advanced to eliminate waterborne viruses like Hepatitis E.

                      Eureka Forbes service is very poor.I renewed my AMC for 2 years on 22/11/09 paying Rs.1890-. .It is almost a year, no one has come for any service. I contacted Euro helpline on 05.09.10 and the reference no is 59375885. After that I called them many times overphone. But till date no one has turned up to give service.
                      My experince in nagpur is similarly bad. I have given it on AMC, and service was excellent up to March, 2010. But in September, I have got the service after 5 days. After going into depth, what I have come to know is that the mechanics are poorly paid @ Rs 20 per call and since they are not paid anything for the petrol and mobile calls, they have to manage those expenses within this meagre amount.

                      I purchased an AquaSure Crystal water purifier in Jan. 2010. No one has come to service it despite a lapse of 9 months although the Company representative promised quarterly servicing. I have called up the Eurohelpline on 3 occasions and after spending 15 mins of listening to thier Ad music some indvidual comes on line and gives a complaint no, and promises that the a service exec will call within 48 hours. I have waited for the last 3 months for them to call. None of the office phone nos listed in the letter are accessible.                       I purchased one aqua sure water filter for my family use for drinking clean water now after six month I wanted to replace the filter component as suggested by the company representative at the time of purchase.

                      Eureka Forbes Ltd. / RO System — Pathetic customer experience despite AMC

                      With reference to complaint no. [protected] raised on 18th March 2010, I have been following up almost on daily basis with Eureka Forbes customer helpline no. and been given false commitments that engineer will visit and fix the problem with my RO system.

                      My RO is covered under AMC wide contract receipt no. 45, form no. 20322940 with M/s Shanker's Services (authorized service franchisee of Eureka Forbes Ltd.) from 20th Aug 2010 to 19th Aug 2011.

                      As of now, the status is same, no resolution/response to above problems...you can very well understand that the raw water condition in Surya Nagar is pathetic and without a working RO system, drinking water becomes a huge problem and issue for survival as such.

                      Despite my all explanation of the gravity of problem, there is no respite...

                      This is the height of frustration that a customer can sustain with this kind of irresponsible attitude and customer handling.

                      I'm totally agree with your comment . I just relocated from Chennai to Bangalore, so for that purpose I just want to re-installed my Eureka Forbes Vijay model in house. I raised a request on 6th of April with request number :[protected] but still now non of the technician called me . Last 3 weeks I just following with them and every day I got a same response like "by EOD it'll be definitely resolved". And if I will provide a call to any of the customer care and ask them to provide this call to the senior then every time the same response like "The seniors are not available in the floor". Being a reputed company providing a such a poor response is really pathetic.Please it's my kind request them to improve the service quality and do not think like that you are doing the Monopoly Business in the market.

                      We brought you attention, that your marketing persons approached our residence, review the well water condition (check the TDS 1100) and advise us to buy the Filter (Rs.13, 500, payed Rs 1000 more than the selling price displayed at trade centre). We bought the same on 29-3-11 (Ref no :[protected] and rejected due to delivered filter does not the meet the specification requirement mentioned in the product. However the Marketing Manager / Marketing persons confirmed the filter water output qulaity (along with life guarantee / warranty) will meet the specification eventhough the particular not installed. A sample of water analysis taken (condition from consumer the sample result should the meet the quanlity requirment) till date the sample nor the marketing person does not turndown the sample results (responsibilty lies with other department).

                      Delivered filter problems :

                      1) Within 30 days the filter (first filter) the output quality including TDS is 800ppm and requested to marketing / service address the issue no action.
                      2) 60 days service person examined and ask to change the filter by paying Rs 300+ (we refused to pay, since is under warranty), however the service manager called up and informed unless otherwise the payment they are not in position to ichange the new filter. Condition necessitated to pay and new filter (1st filter) installed.
                      3) 75 day the same problem with poor quality water output and filter water is dripping as a drop (we thought the filter selected is baiscally wrong does not serve to prevailing condition of water).
                      4) Followup action : Call up the marketing person([protected]) and explain the problem, inturn he ask us to contact service person to address (not his responsibilty).
                      5) Custome complaint made (Ref no[protected] and urgent action to be taken as branded name Eureka reputation.
                      6) We need to examine the water filter supplied in all aspect including the TDS and other paremeter stated in the technication specification of filter.
                      7) Prior to this filter, we used Eureka Aquaguard (ultra ) for a year and later the filter cannot used. We bought mineral water bottle for daily usage.
                      8) We bought the above (Rs 13, 500)filter based on cost anlaysis ( proposed by Marketing person) and we regret to inform the option made wrong based on the condition of operating / services.

                      Aquaguard Spring Flow — Service Centre Not REsponding

                      I have been calling Aquaguard Service Centre on 39883333 since 30th April and I keep getting promise from AquaGuard team that engineer would attend my home between 06 to 08.30 PM but no one turns up. This is been repeating for last 5 Days and I am unable to use my Water Purifier since then.

                      Please don't buy aqua guard as they are not in position to give services. I have purchased aquaguard xpert latest model but they have no good service provider, it is installed and gives very bad water, i have complained but today after 15 days no contact. Four my banker colleague wanted to buy purifier but i stopped them rom aquaguard. kya company thi, kitna mehnat kar logon ne vaccum cleaner sell karke goodwill kamaya, sab barbad kar diya, haal ke time me altu, kent kharidkar laye phir se. Google etc per nahi likhna chahta tha per likhna para, 20000 doob gaye.

                        After one year of my purchasing Aquaguard Water Purifier in 1994, I had given AMC to Eureka Forbes when a service camp was organized by it in Sector 9, Rohini, Delhi and for the first time the candle and carbon granules were replaced as 'complimentary'. Ever since the candle is being replaced every year just before the renewal of AMC. The AMC Franchise has also been changed by Eureka Forbes two or three times and the present one is M/s. Active Services, Sector 16, Rohini, Tel.No.27851827. Now my two years' AMC is due for renewal and I am being told that the candle would be replaced after renewal whereas as mentioned above, my candle is always replaced at the end of every year. Please look into it.

                          I have purchased AQUAGUARD-ULTRA(Non-Electric) model on 09/12/2005 costing Rs. 8850/-. Since the last 4 months the inflow of water after purification is very slow. I have taken up the complaint of replacing the UF membrane, as suggested by their representative/mechanic, with their various offices situated at Vashi, Kalamboli and New Panvel, for which I am getting a stereo-typed reply viz. " Spare not available". I have even registered my complaint with Euro-Helpline under complaint no. 80292634 and whenever I telephone them, their standard reply is "the complaint is pending and the same shall be attended to after receipt of spare part". I am very much disappointed to note the Eureka Forbes Ltd is not in a position to supply spares o[censored]F membrane to cater to non-electricity models of water filters. What is the point in purchasing non-electric models of Aquaguard filters, which is more than costlier than regular ones, when sopares are not made available despite reqular follow up since 18th April 2008?
                          Hope at least the complaint vide e-mail is taken cognisance of and replacement o[censored]F membrance is attended to, IMMEDIATELY.

                            I have a Aquaguard (iNova) and regularly go for the AMC. On 23rd June'08 the m/c stopped working. Immediately I registered a complaint over telephone (Phone No.[protected] at Jamshepdur (No. complaint number given to me). No action was taken on 23rd. I called up the local office of Aquaguard again on 24th and also called up Yash Enterprise (Phone no.[protected]. I was told that the m/c will be rectified today (24th June'08). No action taken on 24th. I again rang up on 25th June. Finally one service engineer (Mr.Pankaj Tiwary) attended, he told that there is some problem with the PCB and removed the PCB and said that he will get an OK PCB and fix it by evening. He did not turn out in the evening. Today 26th June, already 4 days passed, the Aqua guard is still not working. Since water is basic necessity, such an irresponsible act on part of Eureka Forbes cannot be tolerated. Can we expect a more responsible act from Eureka Forbes ? Can we expect the same agility and prompt service as shown while taking AMC (It took less than 2 hours, after my phone call, for the service engineer to reach my residence to take AMC amount). I am regretting for buying Eureka Forbes product. Can I see my m/c in working condition again ?

                            Eurekaforbes Water Purifier Model Inova — Not attending service call coming under AMC

                            I have given my Water Purifier Model Inova sl.No.3018548 for replacing Filter at the door step of Eurekaforbes Service Center at Pallavaram, Chennai 43, Tamilnadu on 11.10.08; which was to be given to us on the same day or the next day. But they given only nearly after 10 days ie on 23rd after our repeated followups over phone and in person and after paying for AMC vide receipt No. 15643746 dt 23.10.08. Their reason is service person was not available.

                            However, after installing the purifier at my residence, it indicates that filter to be changed. Immediately, I have contacted them to send the service people; but so far they have not sent the service people. Hence I hereby lodge my complaint that THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED THE OLD FILTER WITH THE NEW ONE for the amount collected and continue to cheat by poor service. It is also confirmed and accepted by them by not deputing service personnel to change the filter.

                            Hence I request your goodself to look into this and redress the grievance by making them compensate suitably for the loss, stress and strain to me breach of AMC and so on.

                            I have been using Eurekaforbes equipment, Aqua Flo for the past15 years the second and and the vacuum cleaner also the second one for the last 20 years, the after sale serivce was very good. Since of late in spite of paying for the annual service, there is no service at all. You can not get the service station on the phone and if by chance if you do, your complaint is taken but no one turns up. For the last three months I have been trying to get the filters changed. What do I do. What has happened to such a renowned company. Please do some thing and please your costumers
                            i had purchased a water purfier model aqua flow chasis no 2011147 on 13.5.2006 from their dealer m/s vijay sales with AMC for 2years from dt 25.7.2007to24.7.2009 but so far no body has come to service the product now the same has been damaged and i am without drinking water from the past week posing a threat to my children"s health i have been giving umpteen nos of complaints to their helpline but to no avail the most pathetic act of irresponsibility from a reputed company like this this is more than enough i am in the process of going to the CONSUMER REDRESSAL FORUM if this problem is not attended to in the next 12 hours
                            I have the similar problem with AMC.I have a Forbes aquaflo model.I had entered into AMC for two years from 19-5-07 ( Cheque for Rs. 1540 given which was encashed by them promptly). But after repeated calling them, after an year their serviceman turned up and told that my name is not with in theirm records for AMC. It happenned for 2 or 3 calls after I informed them by phone my receipt no. ctc for AMC. Finally, I submitted the Xerox copy of the AMC after which I got somebody from them and my carbon was changed. But eventhough 2 year AMC is coming to an end candle has not been changed even once. Even after phoning a no of times, they have not still bothered to change the candle, though as pper agreement they are supposed to change the candle once a year and carbon twice a year. I want them to have my AMC extended from the date of their first service visit after changing their records with my copy of AMC. I feel that one should approach the consumer court to get the breach of contract

                            This is with reference to Eureka Forbes / Aquaguard Inova water purifier complaint . My complaints in the past have fallen on deaf ears.. It is aweful to be in this situation.                               it having problem of leakage at the time of installation even when i complaint for that mr saini told me its tap will be replaced by tommarrow but now one month even past.No one came to me to replace the same despites of several telephonic reminders.I have purchased this product on basis of goodwill of the company but i really disappointed by this activity.Even i have recommended this product to my frnd he too purchased this one.

                              I have Purchased aquasure water pruifier from Shri Anand Appliances, Shop No G G Road, Dombivli (w) on 30/10/08 . From Day there is problem of no movement of water from upper cartridge to the lower one . i have contact to Mr Rahul - sales executive . After several follows ups he exchaged the cartrige just before few months . however after one month the same problem started .
                              I think we have been cheated and sold an outdated one . i m going to take this issue to the consumer forum if you are unable to take immidiate action within 2 days .

                                Eureka Forbes has become the worst in customer commitment. There Customer care executives are useless chaps, they take customer complaints & sit on it for months. Whenver you call them they say that they are working on it. Even there mumbai office Head dosen't reply to any of the customer complaints. they are sleep on the customer problems. They have Zero value for the customers...

                                I bought Wet & Dry Vaccum cleaner from the authorised salesperson on 10-May-2008. The transactions were done at home and the product was delivered on time. However, the invoice of my purchase was not delivered to me. I was promised that it will be delivered to me by post within 2 days but now it is more than a month. Even after repeated followups with the customer care and with the salesperson, I haven't received the invoice. Moreover, the salesperson gave me a paper stamped with Eureka Forbes seal saying that it is a proof of lifetime free servicing contract with Eureka Forbes. I even asked customer care to authenticate it but nobody has done it yet. I doubt if that was just a sales tactics.

                                This is not new since it has happened twice with me too. PLease beware not to extend AMC unless you get a receipt for the same. I have been cheated by a Eureka forbes employee servicing my Aquaguard.
                                I made repeated complaints to Eureka Forbes and also told them i will go to the police but they were least bothered.

                                  i purchased aquaguard from the company mention above of cost of rupees 8850 from chandigarh dated 24-10-07 bill no.008808 .
                                  from the very begaining my guard was not working proprly i have made severl phones and complaints to the company but there was not any respone from their side .then i register my complaint on there service centre and complaint no. is 60 .after that i wrote the writtrn letter to the company .after recieving the letter they send their service man from the ropar .he said that your aquaguard was dameged and i did not repair this machine here .he picked up the machine and took with him .now the one month past to this matter i haven, t recieve my machine yet .please do something i am very frustrated with all these things
