Evdo BSNL — networking in not available

Dear Sir,

I have BSNL Post paid plan 199. After lots of time there is network problem of connection in SDA Complex, Kaumpti Shimla-171009. I have get connected many times to nearby BSNL office but I have getting no satisfactory answer from there. Kindly tell me about what to do. If the connection is not better whether I am surrender my post paid plan and take another plan of other company. Tell me what EVDO plan I have get from other company of prepaid plan?
