[Resolved] Evok Rajouri Garden — Sanitaryware with Cracks | |||
Evok / Hindware are pathetic. They supply WC's with cracks and after tellings us they would be replaced they back out. 10 WC's of Ivory colour ordered on 10/5/2011 with complete advance payment delivered on 16/5/2011 were found to have cracks when boxes were opened. after talking with officials at Rajouri Garden a formal complaint lodged on 20/5/2011 with EVOK Care. Mr.Jai Prakash from Hindware visits and gets me to talk to Mr. Vinay Kumar from Hindware and tells me they would recommend replacement. Another few days of followup and talking to Ms Pratima Gulati Head Customer Care another man Mr. Manoj Kumar from Hindware visits us on 27/5/2011 and tells us Hindware would repair them and no replacement would be given. This is after customer care dept says Ceramic products cannot be repaired. They seem to have no respect for their clients and their hard earned money.
