Exalt Consultancy — Cheated and not refunding the money back

hi sir, this is ramana, iam from hyderabad, i receivced a mail from the consultancy named ECPS from banglore, saying that they have seened my profile from naukari, i thought it was true and i forwarded my details(CV, id proof etc) they said to pay an amount of 5000 rs as registration amount and refundable too, in march 2013 i have paid the money, they have given me the service for three months and i have kept the cancelation request on june, but still i havent received the money from them, they are not properly responding also wen i called them, please help. my mobile number [protected] my email id: rvramana.[protected]@gmail.com Regards, Ramana
