[Resolved]  Executive Plus — Unprofessional approach on washing machine service center and of service head to repair IFB washing machine

Last month we have faced the issue in our washing machine (machine has only higher sound issue otherwise the same was working fine). This machine was not in warrantee. We have lodge a complaint at Noida/Gazaibad service center but the way IFB service center has been working, surprise us.

Technician (Manjeet Singh) was deputed via Laxmi service center as per the request. He checked the machine and communicated to my wife on the expense in the range of Rs 6000/- (recommended 4-5 parts to be replaced) and service charges of Rs 325/-.When my wife communicated that we can not afford to spend Rs 6000/- This person has told my wife that I can repair everything in Rs 3900/- if you come personally and requested her not to communicate to IFB. My wife requested him to put this machine in original state but this person has started demanding another Rs 200/- for putting the machine back to original position. On pressure to him, he has put the m/c back to original position and charged Rs 325/-.This person tried his best to make money out of the way from IFB. Next day morning, when wife tried to use this, there was spark in the m/c and the machine stop working.

In spite of many reminders to service center and to Mr. Batra. Finally he deputed the person and replace the cylinder and bushes of machine at Rs 2900/-. I have also paid amc of 1 year. The total amount paid is Rs 5000/-.Next day the machine again stop working. Afer that we had open new ticket, but no one came to attend the machine.We struggled for 5 working days after opening the ticket with call center and escalated the matter to take the support.Mr Batra of IFB but every time we have been given false commitment. After 5 days, we were surprise to here that the ticket has been closed without deputing the technician.

Finally when I shout on Mr Batra, he deputed the people who bypass the door closure circuit and machine is running on workaround. Mr Batra has promises to fix the problem next day but again the same fail and till date the machine door is bypassed. We have no faith on the word of Mr Batra who is the escalation of your call center.
