Exide Xpress Mhd1500 — No complaints from seller regarding dysfunctioning of Battery

Inverter battery is not taking charge

Phone no[protected] sold to two nos. Exise Xpress MHD1500 on 09.02.08 batteries are out of order since 10th May'09 repeted communication made with Diamond Motor Parts but no action taken. This is my last intemation before i go to consummer court for justis.
