[Resolved]  Expedia — Amount for unsuccessful ticket booking is not credited to my account.

Hi, I have booked online air ticket (Bangalore - Kanpur) with Expedia on 10 Jan 2012, due to some technical reason the booking was unsuccessful and at the same time amount 4336 INR has been deducted from my account. I spoke to expedia customer support and received assistance 'amount will be credited to my account in 7 to 10 days'. And now today is 15 Feb 2012 and amount has not been refunded/credited to my account.
I have called Expedia ([protected]) number 12 times and they are not responding me properly, and saying it will be credited to my account in 48 Hours whenever I calls. Please take necessary action to resolve this case.
