Hi All,
I booked tickets on 24th oct through ezeego using ICICI platinum card and according to terms moneyback should happen in 7 days but till now nothing has come.
I contacted customer care last week ( got connected after 17 minutes) and he said within 2 working days it will be done. but till now(its 1 week over) nothing has happened. i called again but call is always on wait and nobody picks up. Sent mail twice to all email IDs provided by them on website but no reply at all.
Thniking of going to consumer forum. Anybody has any idea how to go ahead?

I suggest you contact ICICI and tell them that you will cancel the card if it does not get attention ASAP. And see how they come back to you :).
