I had booked a flight and then cancelled for which I received a cancellation confirmation email. After 2 months of cancellation and lots of emails (never reverted) and telephone calls at their GSM number given (which is never picked by any executive) and even faxed the complaint did anyone bother to revert on that.
Such a paethetic service I would say!! Can the management give a look at it? Was this information helpful? |
