Dear Sir/ Madam,
I failed to understand why inspite of several length phone calls (~90 min) with your customer service, they could not resolve my case.
I tried booking a Kingfisher RED ticket through your website but during the transaction it failed. However the money is deducted from my CITIBANK Card. The details of the same are as follows:
Flight No.: IT 3568 320
Date : 12Oct'08
Bank Tran ID : 025747
Amt : INR 9547
I have tried to explain it to several executive at you office viz. JENIFER, AHIN, LEON etc. but to no avail.
I even checked with Kingfisher where I was given two PNR nos. a) PDRMFK ; b) EAJQPE.
Now, with all these information your executives want me to re-book the ticket, which does not sound very impressing.
I shall apprecite if you kindy issue my e-ticket or oblige me by reverting my money with inerest and my phone call bills.
