NO RESPONSE ;HORRIBLE SERVICE COMPANY
Booking Failure & Lack of Customer Support
I booked three ticket through www.ezeego1.com. After the money from my credit card was debited and the booking completed and on PNR NUMBER ONLY IT SHOWS-Booking failure with reference number EZR-2007-284925/A . No PNR Number was displayed. After this i tried contacting them through their call center but it is always busy. For a number of times i waited for atleast 25-30 mins online but there was no response. I also mailed them at enquiry@ezeego1.com, Preeti Gupta; 'enquiry@ezeego1.com'; 'info@ezeego1.com'; 'md@ezeego1.com'; 'sales@ezeego1.com'; 'promotions@ezeego1.com'; 'contact@ezeego1.com'; 'cmd@ezeego1.com'; 'sales@ezeego1.com' complaints@ezeego1.com but there was no response.
No one responded at their booking number at head office.
Now i dont know whether the booking is done or not and if not then what about my money???
This is a pathetic situation. Kindly do inform me on 9952962764.

I have booked a ticket for Air Deccan from Kolkata to Silchar for 12/01/2008 through EzeeGo. After completing the transaction and getting the confirmation of my booking, as my booking reference no is EZR-2007-271657/A, and Invoice No: I-2007-75550, I found that in the flight details column the in PNR No an message is displayed “Your booking is failed, you are requested to confirm with 1788 22 0177 or 9867565900”. Then I am trying to contact with the help desk no.
But every time I found the number is busy.
After this I talked to Air Deccan and enquiring egarding my booking. But they said that there is no such booking made for this journey on mentioned date.
It’s really shocking to see your poor service. I am very much sorry to say this, but by seeing this type of poor service I am helpless but to say like this. Since last 5 days I am trying to contact with your call centre. But every time your telephone no is busy. Also after my repeated email, you have are not given any response to any of my email.
No one responded at their booking number at head office.
Now i dont know whether the booking is done or not and if not then what about my money???

After booking is done and the amount is debited from card it is showing in place PNR no - “Your booking is failed, you are requested to confirm with 1788 22 0177 or 9867565900”. Then I am trying to contact with the help desk no.

I have the same problem. I got a ticket booked on 24 October from bangalore to delhi from kingfisher. But ezeego dint transfer the payment to kingfisher so i could not board my flight. Now i want a refund. But there is no channel.
Ezeego customer care numbers just have message recorded.
Nobody is there to answer the call. No replies to the mails and complaints..
EZEEGO is the worst site I came across..
People NEVER BOOK UR TICKET FROM EZEEGO.
And Please can anybody suggest some way to get our money back. |
I had booked a ticket on 7th Nov 2007 for Air Deccan from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore for 16th December 2007 using the ezeego1 site. After booking was done and the amount was debited from card it was showing in place PNR no - “Your booking is failed, you are requested to confirm with 1788 22 0177 or 9867565900”. Then I tried to contact with the help desk no.
But always both the nos were busy. There was no response to the mail also which i sent to the enquiry.
Finally i got connected to the customer service after holding for around 25mins and they told me that due to some technical problem the PNR no was not generated and definitely they will send the PNR no as soon as the system starts working. But nobody was able to say how much time will take to rectify the problem.same day night again i contacted the customer service and after holding for around half an hour the customer service person told me that they will get back me by the next day morning. Meanwhile checked airdeccan site and came to know that there is no seat available for Bhubaneswar to Bangalore.But surprisingly around 9pm from Bombay a call from ezeego1 came and the person gave me the PNR no for the booking.
Then i confirmed with airdeccan customer service that actually against this PNR no my ticket is booked. But i was hopeless of getting the money back and getting a ticket again to the destination.
The question is if the site is not at all working properly and the PNR no is not generated then how come the amount is debited from the card?? |

HERE IS A SOLUTION TO ALL SUCH PROBLEMS WITH EZEEGO1
I had faced a similar issue with them and realized the fraud they were committing. i booked a pune to delhi ticket and when it gave an error, i tried again, and again. only to realize that while each time money was being debited from my credit card, no ticket PNR was being generated. Ezeego1 was not contactable, their numbers on website were not existing or not reachable.
finally i tried a solution and it worked
I called my credit crad company and informed them abt the fraud. they made me write and fax a written complaint along with the copy of failed reservation. I did exactly as directed, and thankfully my credit card company was able to block the debit and i was given the refund to the transaction.
You all should also try to immediately contact your credit card company and ask them to block the debit instantly.

I had booked ticket for GoAir from Jaipur to Hyderabad dated 16th May 2008 on 14th April 2008 via ezeego1 website. Ezeego1 booking reference number is EZR-2008-247948/A and Airline PNR number is B6KNIB. On 12th May, I received message from GoAir that they have cancelled the sector between Jaipur and Hyderabad and thus call the flights have been cancelled with immediate effect.
When I contacted GoAir, they confirmed that full amount has been refunded to ezeego1 and I can claim my refund from them. I filled the refund form available online on ezeego1 website on 17th May and talked with their customer care. Ezeego1 Customer care confirmed that, refund will be reflected back in 3 working days in my credit card.
It has been since then, I have followed up the case with customer care multiple times and I hear the same response that, my refund is under process and it will take 3 working days. I am really frustated with their services, they do not provide any information, why there has been delay in refund processing. I have been informed that my payment reference number is 200804146190578.
I sent multiple emails to complaints@ezeego1.com, enquiry@ezeego1.com, feedback@ezeego1.com. Everytime I send email to complaints@ezeego1.com, a new query reference number is generated and If follow-up the case with old query reference number by sending email to customersevice@ezeego1.com, then email gets bounced, saying that no such address exists. It has been really a horrible experience. Looks like these folks do not want to refund the money.
Is there any way, we can take legal action against this site ? |

Do not try to book any ticket from Ezeego1 . I have booked tickets . amount has been debited from my icici bank account and it is 25 days over I have not yet received my money back.Is there anyway we can take legal action. Horrible experience.

| i booked 2 tickets for bangkok on the 26th novemmber 2008 with ezeego travels through the toll free no 1800220177 unfortunately due to the political unrest in bangkok all flights were cancelled and their airports shut i cancelled my tickets (cancelllation acklowdegement EZR-2008-771559/A - Cancellation Acknowledgement (TG - 26/11/08) the refrerence was from anita ..they told me the ammount would be refunded to my credit bank citibank within 9 working days today being the 24th dec i havent received any money yet from them i have called them several times the respone i get from them is tht we will call you back since their systems r down i can understand once twice but i have called them about 20 times with teh same excuse nobody calls back i have decided to take things in my own hand would like to either put a police complaint or go to the media bout this need help how to go about this awaiting a quick response |

| I had booked a ticket for Bombay Bhopal sector by Air India and subsequently cancelled the same. While I have received refund after a number of reminders, I am yet to receive the invoice/details of cancellation amount. I will be in a position to claim refund from my employer only on receipt of details. Even after 12 reminders Ezeego1 is not sending the details. Original reference No. of booking was EZR-2008-786534/A. Please take up with company and help. |
I had booked a ticket on 8th Feb 2009 for Air India(AI 102) from Delhi to Kolkata for 9th Feb, 2009 (departure time 19:15p.m)using the ezeego1 site. While booking the ticket transaction was failed but at the same time i received a sms that the amount have been debited from the credit card. At the time of booking ticket, I was told, if I cancel before 2 hours of departure. I will be given money in the form of credit note after deduction fees of Rs. 50.
Same was mentioned in the "check rules" link at the time booking ticket. I have taken snapshot of the same as they may change their site in future.
Now I had to cancel the ticket. They are directing me to another link on the website. They are saying no money will be refunded. Actually they have two conflicting policies on the website, which I came to know just now.
Inspite of Customer Service office agreeing to it, they don't want to give money back. I called them up almost 10 time since yesterday.
Please suggest what to do now. |

I was flabbergasted when I was told that I have to pay a fine/charge of 300.00 per head for cancellation of tickets.

I booked two tickets on 29/06/2009, one for 09/07/2009 { New Delhi – Chandigarh} and another for 12/07/2009 { Chandigarh to New- Delhi “back”}, however, when I got the itinerary I can see that both of the tickets are booked on the same date, it was a surprise to me, as I took extra care while selecting the dates, hence I Cancelled the second ticket.
I am ready to pay the IRCTC cancellation charges, Ezeego Service charges (around 20.00) but that extra cost of 600.00 for two tickets which will be more than 50% of the amount of the ticket will be injustice to me.
Reason why I am mentioning it injustice:
It is not that I changed my Travel plan, I am not sure whether it is an application mistake or human error and I don’t want to argue for that as well but it is something for which I should not be charged such a hefty amount (relative to ticket amount).
I have already approached Customer service desk but they continue to say one thing " rule is a rule" but what is that for???
please suggest how to go forward... |
