toally agree, i thought i was the only one. facing exactly the same problem except that i bougt only a single item( Morphy richads electric cooker) they gave a 7 day delivery guarantee but its been 11 days. order no:[protected]

Ezone had advertized their zero margin sale in June 2010 and gained publicity by advertising that they are offering products at zero margin and not keeping any profit for them. This was just a publicity stunt as they cancelled all the orders later or provided the replacement with local brand products which were no way matching with the products ordered and where they saw good porofit margins. When I looked at their website (www.futurebazaar.com) during the sale I saw the prices were really competitive and I ordered 11 different products during this sale. Order numbers:

After couple of days when I saw my orders in still progress state I called them to follow-up on my orders they kept me on hold for long, asked for all my order number and said they will get back by tomorrow. They did not turn back and I mailed them, they replied next day saying that only 2 orders are in stock they will ship it immediately and rest 9 orders they will ship in 5 days. They did not ship even a single product and then I started following every day and they started making new pretence every day. I finally got email from them today saying that some orders are cancelled and some they are giving the replacement with all local and cheap brands. For LG and Usha brands products they are giving Koryo brand products as replacement and that too with MRP much less than the products which I had ordered. I told them I am ready to wait for some time till they arrange those products but still they cancelled my order. After I order was confirmed online I sold my all old items which I had ordered thinking that I will receive them in a week time as they offer 7 days delivery guarantee but I did not get even a single product. Also, they did not send 50% money back which they publish on their site that if the product is not delivered in 7 days they will offer discount couple worth 50% of the product value.
Is not Ezone and Futurebazaar together playing games with customers. Is it the way to deal with customers? Don’t you think that Zero margin sale was just a publicity stunt because they did not give even a single product as promised and made the customers follow-up with them every day with no result at all. Those who did not order any product during this sale may be thinking that they offered the products at a very cheap price but background really is totally different. Customers are given with local brand products at the print of renowned brand products and did not get what they order. I am going to register online consumer court complaint against them if I do not order my orders or replacement orders of my choice within one week time. Those who are also cheated, please mail me at [protected]@yahoo.com so that we can register a joint case against them.

I have been duped as well.. One June 12, I ordered 2 racold water heater for Rs 8, 460 order no. [protected], and the item was actually shipped to me on June 16, but then i found that the delivery order did not come with product serial no., so there was no way for me to know what was actually shipped was what i got. There is always a possibility that someone replacing the product in transit, which may be from the company itself. I got further suspicious because one product was packaged properly, while the other just came with a cello tape.. I refused to accept the order, unless it was opened infront of me to see what is inside. The blue dart delivery guy opened it, and what we found was broken pieces of heater. Well, i asked the delivery guy to take back both the packages, i didn't even bother to open the other one. June 16 itself I reported the problem to ezone customer care, and what followed afterwards was only one sided followup, and June 28th the order was eventually cancelled. On my regular followup with them I came to know that order is cancelled as they no longer have stock. And now its in the process of refund, which I have been told that will take another one week.

1. Defficiency of service in furnishing the customer order
a. Product given did not meet the promised quality
b. Excessive delay in furnishing the order
c. Mental harrassement to customer

Fraud - Ezone charging the money at the time of placing the order, but when they refuse to give the order due to issue of stock not being available, they are liable to pay the Principal amount along with daily interest charchable at the market rate. There is a high possibility that they may be using my money to fund their own business interest.
PS: If i am able to get my case registered, it will be only a matter of time that this news will be on front page of TOI, and futurebazzar will need atleast 3 more years to get back the lost customers..
EZONE you are in trouble... because you never expected that the same internet you use to dupe people, can also cause your business to shutdown, atleast temporarily.
So friends lets start sending some complaints to consumer forum at the ministry of consumer affairs.

Ezone / Futurebazaar — non delivery in 4 weeks
EZONE is complete fraud... pls beware before ordering......my order num is [protected].....
My original order for a philips DVD player was order num [protected], for which payment was made on June 18..which is a good 4 weeks ago...on jun 21 they packed my shipment via Aramex (their "trusted" logistics partner) My shipment was stuck at some sales tax dept at Calcutta for 2 weeks... stilll i had to call aramex and ezone everyday to find out.. not even once on their own did Ezone call me to update..for a good part of the 2 weeks no one had any clue where my product is...
Then when i ordered an instant refund, did they suddenly wake up and ordered a fresh order. Nw it gets even worse.. The invoice for this order states [protected], and delivery from Oberoi mall (goregaon east) to my home in goregaon west, which is less than 2 kms...this invoice was generated on Wed, jul 7, 2010 ....and with complete assurance from Ezone that it will be delivered in 2 days... To prove their inefficiency they once again gave this highly complicated job to Aramex... today is sat eve, 4 days after so called assurance from Ezone that i will get my product and i am still to get it...
so consumers pls do not go and order at ezoneonline.. they have absolutely no clue what they r doing, no clue of logistics need to be handled..
so shop at yur own risk.....better would be go to any normal store personally and take delivery.. or else like me waste 1 hr for 4 weeks calling up Ezone and their esteeemed logistic partner (like Aramex) where delivery boys make new bahanas every day (like "i dont have any delivery boys for that area so can be delivered only day after tomorrow")...
shopping with ezoneonline will teach u hw to reach new lows everyday in customer satisfaction...

the uk mobile company is a fraud company dont buy any electonic item from them they will give u offers first and they will take lot of money custom charges 30,000 and clearance charges 25,000 airport documentstion charges 15,000demurage charges 22,000.
dont buy any item and any thing from any online or add based company
they will tell to transfer monye to account nmber dont transfer it from any company

Phillips/ eZone — DVD player not working
Hi,I purchased a Phillips DVD player from eZone - City Center, Hyderabad on August 08. The model number is 3166. I played it a couple of times and after that there was no sound coming. I took it to the service center in Nampally and they did some kind of temp fix. Its still not working and when I went to eZone, they said" We cant do anything. Take it to the service center". That is stupid. Why the hell should I go to a service center for a product which i purchased hardly 5 months ago!!
