E -zone, Pune ( Ishanya mall) is soon going to run into a big problem.
I bought a Sony DAV - TZ 200 ( HOme theater),
Supplier ref: HT - CAS - 4, Invoice Number:[protected] on date[protected].
Till date no one came in to install it and give a demo. As a result the home theater is in original packed position and its been more than 1 month that no one has taken up our case. We did register formal complaint with E-zone staff in Ishanyam - once with Mr. Jaymeen Shah ( the manager) and once with another staff: BUT NOTHING HAS PROGRESSED SO FAR.
Till now, we bought following from Ishanya in last 2 months :
1) 1 LG fridge ( about 600 lts)
2) 1 Samsung 42 inches LCD
3) 1 Panasonic 50 Inches LCD
4) 1 Onida 22 Inches LCD
5) 1 Microwave - samsung
6) 1 washing machine dryer
7) 1 Sony home theater.
In each of these cases, we faced the same problem. E Zone would not even take calls and take responsibility of delivery and installation. Instead they portray the inability to do anything.
Once sold E Zone is not responsible for delivery and then delivered in bad condition by some one else. Then there is no service or even demonstration.
I am planning to go legal finally ( having spent close to 2 lacs with them). Also bringign this out on this forum for benefit of others.
I found CROMA people much more responsible for their products and services.
