I bought this product Nokia Lumia 710 - Cyan Order Number: (388120) from http://www.ezoneonline.in to gift to my mother for her birthday, I place the order on 30th August 2012 and make payment through my debit card, I receive a email today from ezone customer service

which till date I have never been asked by any online website except ezone. even the tele callers have no clue about the status of shipment.
I would like to inform anyone and everyone never to shop in ezone as it is the worst online store ever, I regret not placing the order in Croma.
This worst service I have ever got, and i feel insulted by the way I have been treated by ezone
