Money withdrawal

I played few games on this website during the Indian Premier League. I won two games that made me Rs.2100. Now once I tried withdrawing Rs.1000 and that was my only mistake on this website. I made the attempt on 30th April, 2012 and now its more than a month since I am waiting for the money to get credited in my account. They don't have a phone support. They don't have a chat support but they fake it by putting a "Live Help" button on the website which doesn't work at any hour of the day.

Now the only option I have is to email them. Well I tried that too. First they said they transferred the money. When I shared my bank account statement with them, they made an excuse of some error in their system and promised me a transfer by coming monday. That monday never came and now they don't even reply to my emails.

If you guys are listening and have the balls to deal with it then just try contacting me.

I got my transfer. It was my fault however, as I entered wrong details but the customer care response time could have been better. Thanks anyways and I would certainly like to continue playing more games on Dream11.com
