Fashion And You — Endless harassment to get refund

I had placed my order for two items on 29th March 2012 on ‘fashion and you’ my Order No was 168607, what I did know was one product was on swift delivery and another was on regular which takes 3 to 4 weeks. I received first product within 6 days but the second one was not delivered to me till 26th April so the customer care executive nicely told me to wait till 2nd May as they was of national holidays in between, so when I called back on 02nd May and they gave me complain No which was 1608785 and told me they will get back to me after 72 hrs but I did not receive any calls or mail so I called back on 4th May but the CCE was not convincing so I asked to talk to some superior and my call was handled by Mr Ashish who asked me to wait for 5 days as he will call me back with some kind of solution but I never received any calls or mail so I called back on 10th May. I asked to speak to Mr Ashish, Team Manager but I was asked to wait for more than 30 mins but they told me that he is in the meeting so Ms Sheema Suneja Team Supervisor who claimed that I have already received the product when I asked for the receipt she told me to call me back of 16th May then again I called on that date as I was not communicated from there end so she conformed that I had not received my second shipment so for them to look more into it need 3 more working days then I called back on 21th May and when I asked to talk to Ms Suneja they told me that she was not in the office after making me wait on line for about 30 mins and then I asked to talk to Mr Ashish who was still in the meeting. Then my call was forwarded to Mr Amit Kumar ( T.M ) who promised me that he would surely call me back and even took my office no by 24th May but I did not receive any calls so I called me back on 25th and after talking to lot of advisers he finally agreed to talk to me and told me my money will be refunded to my card after 3 days. I finally received my money on 30th May only after spending thousand of rupees on calls and endless waits on line and talking to number of arrogant advisors who refuse to hand over the call to the concern person.
SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION AND YOU
