I placed an order for 2 kurtis and a saree online on Fashionandyou.com and paid the full amount through credit card. Order ID on Fashionandyou.com is 2279264The 2 kurtis were delivered first to me. And, after a week saree was delivered. I ordered for rust color saree but, a black color one was delivered. When complained to the support, they say I need to take the photograph of the saree and email them so that they can confirm that I am speaking truth and I am not color-blind. When argued on this point stating that it is the mistake on their part of delivering the wrong color product they need to do the investigation at their end in the warehouse or their store as to which color saree was delivered. Later, they agreed and now they say that they have arranged for the pick-up on Aug 31 and I need to return the saree. After a week, my amount will be credited back to the card.
Again, when the mistake is theirs and when I have paid in advance, I would like to have my money back first and I will arrange for the return of the product. Every time, I have called the support and contacted them. Support staff is not at all bothered to contact the customer. I am not sure if Fashionandyou.com will make the refund immediately as soon as they receive the saree back. Was this information helpful? |

Please note that we should receive the return package within 10 days o[censored]s sending the authorizing email. Your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you. Post receipt of the return package, we will proceed to inspect the same. Once approved as an eligible return, we will issue your refund or merchandise credit in the appropriate amount. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will courier the same back to you. In either scenario your return issue will be closed within 10 days of our receiving of the return package from you.
