Fazal Ahmed — Broadband Internet & Landline is fully dead

To; The Attention Of Managing Director & Commercial Officer,
It has been about more than two & a half months' time ever since I am not being able to use the broadband internet service through my landline Number: 2821307 inspite of my trying to make all complaints at all possible places.
But before my full internet service was fully stopped due to heavy rain fall in Unnao city, it couldn't be repaired still. And, now my full landline is also fully dead.
I have been able to submit an application for the cancellation of the broad band Internet service only on the 24th of July 2012. After this I have had to submit also another reminder on the 13th of August 2012 so that no additional charge of the broadband service be added in any of my already due telephone bill. The commercial department be informed to cancel such charges from the total amount of my telephone bills for all future telephone bills. I will pay only for telephone charges. I will never pay for any kind of telephone bill that will be having also any charge of the internet facility included in it.
I am attaching some very important files to this full message. It is for your kind attewntion, and please do something from your side to get the full additional & unwanted internet charges from being included in any of al my already due future telephone bills. Otherwise, I wil not have to pay them.
In addition to all this, I have already paid for all the telephone bills from the very begining till this very present time. No telephone bill is still in pending for me to be paid still.
