I have had a horrible and pathetic experience with Fetise.com. I placed an order On 13th Feb 2012 Order #126810 for two shirts, M size (40). The order was delivered very late, with the wrong products in the parcel, one size being Small than medium, and the size 40 shirts did not even fit my boyfriend. I called and returned the parcel, that too all the way back from Delhi to Bombay, they did not even bother to arrange a reverse pick up, I had to pay from my own pocket to return the parxcel, they haven't even deducted that amount. On top of that th customer care guy tells me to send a copy of the reciept of the courier to them and call them up to find out if they received the parcel. Shouldn't they be the ones to get in touch with me when they receive it? Why should I waste my time! Until now they promised to return the 2000/- rupees with which I bought my products to them but there has been no such transaction as of yet. It has been almost 3 months now. All o[censored]s who have had a bad experience should write a legal complaint against them in the consumer court. I have never received such a pathetic experience from any online shoppe.
