this is regarding my order with fetise.com which i placed on 30th of december 2012,and i paid the money with my axis debit card,my card was charged with INR 990 however i dinnot got any acknowledgement from fetise.com where in the other website do for eg myantra.com or inkfruit.com.i8 wrote complaint to fetise customer support seeme to have ALL INCOMPETIENT PEOPLE working there and why not they are the replicant of fetise...just sending me immaterial reply,all computer generated and the most irritating part is ther are just send the the same mail that jyour complaint is under process will get bak within 24 hour...am not sure whether fetise 24hour is 24 years or what??? my complaint id in fetise are 232722,23189,23188
And not to forget u customer care is always not reachable ...Do u have it or else it is also fake like u???
Its my humble request to the consumer court to please help me get my money bck or else atleast my order...i would be really great full to you,and please shut this company its fake..atleast for me where not living things work!!! Was this information helpful? |
