fraud by company dealer

wrong commitment of car warranty(at the time of selling car they commit 2 year normal warranty but now they provide only 1 yr warranty) and very bad service provided by dealer
Car model:- Fiat Linea emotion pack
Dealer Name:- Urmil motors
1-16219964853 complain number registered in fiat
Proof:- dealer stamped in service manual with 2 year warranty
