[Resolved] Fiat Linea — REPLACEMENT OF DAMAGED PARTS IN ACCIDENT | |||
I, Rameshbhai Patel owning a car Fiat Linea GJ6 DQ 3925 was completely damaged in an accident occurred on 9/05/2011. The car was sent for repairing work immediately on 10/05/2011. Since then till date, I have not received my car because of non availability of damaged parts. Company is manufacturing more than 10 cars a day and your dealer at Vadodara(Twins Wheels Pvt. Ltd.) is giving such a shameful excuse that a particular part needs to be imported and the talks are still going on for the same. Now I want either complete replacement of the car or the three years complete warranty of the car after receiving it as I am not at all aware regarding what parts are replaced or repaired in nearly six months.
