[Resolved] Passport Complaint — File No. W021067 Dated 5-9-08. RPO - Jaipur | |
Dear Sir, I have applied for my passport (now 6 months old) on Sept 5th 2008 in Head Post office, Alwar (Raj) under Jaipur passport office (JPR office) and police enquiry has been done on Aug 11th 2008. however. Passport office have provided the File No. W020679 dtd. 5/9/2008 at the time of submit the form & Police Deptt. has been submit the police verification with ref. no. 23621 dtd. 11/10/2008 to Passport office, Jaipur. But when I checked the status from the post office, they have provided new file no. W021067 dtd. 18/12/2008. we didn't recieve any updates on this till date. Still my status is showing "Police Report Has not been received" in online enquiry site. could you please enquire on the same and do the needful. Sir, I applied a passport date[protected] and my file no. is w 290515/09 but not any information about my passport file no. on your website passport.nic.in available so please tell what is problem in my file no. on your website result is that file no.w 290515 is a wrong file no. so please help me and send my information in my email id thanks

Passport Complaint — delay of my passport
Respected sir/madamIam Syed Riyaz have submitted a passport in tatkal service on 19 oct 2009 where every document is clear and police clearance was also given the next day of submition.but eventhough it was not dispatched to me .Then i went several times to check the where its been lacking ,but they say everything is clear once i need to meet to DPO i met several times to him and i gave a letters in request to issue my passport as soon as possible ,even when i met last time to DPO on 23/2/2010 even he said everything is clear it will be dispatched on 26/2/2010.i just want to clear are they working for them selves or for public too....i feel very guilty myself by giving this complain,if they are working realy and whole hartedly the passport have been issued.
once again i request to issue my passport as soon as possible already i lost two trips to Malaysia from my company will government compensate for this......just its an request and complain on those all who are working for my process.

i had applied for my chidrens passport on[protected] and had received one of my child's passport on 6 jan 2010 and not received another child's passport bearing enquiry nunber HYD W25757509 till today and i request for the reason for which the passport had been delayed and in status pae it shows that passport will be dispatched within a week's time since 10 jan 2010.

I applied for passport on Jan 2nd 2010. file number hydw25002100. I have not received passport till now. police verification was done by feb 8th, police report was despatched by 22nd feb.( there was lot of delay there as well). on 22nd feb, I saw a note in the web saying your passport to be despatched by march 18th(almost after 25 days). now I see a message in the web saying "It is to regret that due to unavoidable circumstances the despatch of Passport has been delayed and will now be despatched in a week's time
" ... I dont know what was the delay in the whole process. that message does not even say a date .. it says a week's time.. so not yet finalized on when to post me the passport? I was in need of passport by jan ending but due to unavilability of tatkal dates, I had to apply in regular mode which says "within 25 working days" as turn around time. now its been 3 months. once the police verification is done, the pending would be just a day's work in the office and it takes 1 month to do that? I had to travel to USA which I lost chance, and now have to travel to china which I have postponed by 18 days already. now dont know how much more I have to postpone this trip. please help me in this regard.
I forgot to mention that I wrote to Indian passport officer around 15th feb and got a reply saying, yours is in regular mode await further developements and expect delays. atleast he wrote back to me which I would have to appreciate. I wrote a mail to regional passport officer and local police stations mails, none even considered this nor wrote back. I tried calling tollfree numbers n number of times, but none attends the calls though they are on work hours on working day.

dear sir maine apna passport bhilwara(raj) head post office me 16th november 2009 me apply kiya tha jo ki mujhe abhi tak received nahi hua hai mujh par ek police case tha jiska dono paksho me rajinama ho gaya tha aur mene rajianama ki photo copy bhi sath hi me laga di thi aur ab net par bhi police enquiry has been incomplete and the case will examined bataya jaa raha hai aur isi liye me jaipur passport office bhi aaya tha waha se mujhe jawab diya gaya ki humne apki report bhilwara bhej di hai aur waha se report aayegi to hi aage ka decison niklega sir me middle class family se hu me roj roj jaipur nahi aa ja sakta pls sir mujhe mera passport jaldi se jaldi dilwaya jaye... apka bahut bahut shukriya
