filmfare magazine — free gift dvd player not received....still

sir,
on 2.june 2008 i have paid 1600 rupees for filmfare subscription but
still i have not received the dvd player ...its almost above one month and i
have no news fromther office...also i have still receive 2 issue of
filmfare which are torn condition and unpacked condition and also u fix

also when i send them email ...they also not reach to them
also send 3 letters but no responce

they are media fraud...

I subscribed for Filmfare for five years. I am not receiving the magazine regularly so also the promised gift of 25 DVDs have not yet received by me. Times group has done nothing to our grievances they are only sitting there to collect money.

still i have not received the dvd player ...its almost above one year and i
have no news from the office.i have also not received many issues as they are getting missed in between.please try to send my issues at my address only as given to you.

also when i send them email ...they also not reach to them

Dear sir, inspite of my so many mails to you.Not a single reply i have got till now.Please give my dvd player as gift as offered by you u in your subscribtion.Reply me on my address:[protected]@redffmail.com.Otherwise I have to take serious action against this by going through law.

filmfare magazine — Non receipt of the magazine

I have taken the subscription of this magazine in December 2008 my subscription Id is 25840406 and every time the courier had just kept the magazine at our doorsteps or have been found in a non acceptable manner and since March 2009, the subscription copy of Filmfare have not been delivered to us, this kind of negligence is not tolerable as we paid full amount and dont expect that such a big group can handle there customers in so irresponsible way, i had already tried calling several no.s but no response and i want my remaining subscription copies as early as possible or else i m going to Consumer Court,
