This company is not good .so please don't join here. initially they say brother and later their behavior is not good and director is also not good.seating arrangement and employee is not good.it is not looking like company it is only a travel agency office. they tread their developer like travel agency. Developer is working from 9 to 9 . There is no salary appraisal initially they will tell you ,we will do in a six month. but thiere is no such thing.they will also say you are my management team . don't be leave on the director and other person please don't join here... . if you join the you fill within 6 month. they are expecting thing with month to devlop any things.

This is not true. Company giving yearly appraisal 3 to 30% based on the performance. may be your performance was so poor, so that you couldn't get it. And the director is treating employees as his family members and he is so friendly to the employees. So that he is inviting entire team to his home for all his family functions. Don't put fake remarks.
