I have ordered a product, 1. Order Id : OD[protected] - Lta : Bag Forever Rio BFE/CZ/7 Orange Tote Hand Bag Messenger Bag.
This costed me 350 rupees, the bag shown on the website looks like a very good quality and the one I received is totally waste product and I was decevied by the diference in the ad and the actual product.
I feel cheated by this product, I brought products before from online shopping and this time I was stunned to recieve a product which should cost no more than 50 rupees and its worth is no more than a plastic grocery bag.
I do not like being cheated of my hard earned money and when I called the call center for problem redressel they were inturn coming at me saying that I should have called their call center to know the quality of the product before buying (This is distgusitng reply, more disgusting then the product I received instead of showing empathy they were looking for silly reasons) and its their supplier and not they who are to be blamed. These kind of lame excuses given by Flipkart is nothing but cheating customer.
It is like advertising Gold on website and selling Gold plated ornamemnt, and when you ask for redressel of cheating, they telling you that its
supplier problem and my problem.
I want to know, what Indian governent and other Other agencies do to prevent this kind of fleecing of customer. Also what advice what further actions I can take to protect my hard earned money and make Flipkart recognize and accept their mistake.
