The picture is not updated. I bought this, but the one that I received is different and doesn't look as smart as in the picture. The one I received has 2 side pockets. The belt shown here is a detachable one with a '?' shaped hook. The one I received doesn't have that, the belt is attached to a semi-circular hook and cannot be detached.
The worst part is when I called up the Customer care to complain and ask for a refund, they were arguing with me, stating reasons,
1. the Skybags company has changed the look of this bag recently.
2. I get 2 side pockets extra as an advantage
and many more.
After much argument and harsh verbal exchange, they agreed to pick this bag and give me the refund.
They were about to pick up the bag from my address within 48 hrs. After receiving the bag, they will start processing the refund.
I complained on Monday 12th August 2013. I received a SMS on Tuesday 13th August that it would be picked up, but no one came. On 14th August morning, I received an SMS, that I was not available on Tuesday, so it would be picked up today, yet no one came till evening. I called up the Customer care to complain, they are asking me to wait till 8PM evening. The address from where they will pick up is my office address, which is quite a remote area and they are asking me to wait till 8PM here. And this is no surity, that it will be picked up.
When I asked for the reason of the delay and the reason for the false SMS, they say, they are sorry. Are they really sorry or are they actually trying to delay the refund of my money?
I will make a consumer complaint for this.
